Maxinejuicer Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 Hi, I have over 40+ girls on 3dx chat discord server and we all complaining of the server, either being down or queuing for a long time and then get disconnected.Is there any chance of this being sorted ?Is there a eta ?People also losing designs from World Editor due to this issue too. Regards,MaxineJuicer I totally agree with your post, but:In world editor in most cases you can avoid losing your work: When the "Connection lost" message appeares, ignore it and save your work to your harddisk before you try to reconnect (saving works without the (lost) connection!) We make this game better for you.Gizmo, may I suggest that you ask a team of old and a few newer Users to do beta testing first to help with kinks before releasing to the general public. I'd gladly do it and max out all I can in every aspect to help see how and/or what may cause it, maybe others would to. This may help prevent what's happening if you know what is causing it more directly. Yesterday in a room with 136 as I was DJing for a friend and he *knocks wood* didn't crash but did rejoin during it several times to keep that from happening. I only lost connection a couple of times. I'm on a laptop and rarely crash which is a pretty good. That's my little suggestion to help. Hmm Its not me that was complaining about it. someone that started working in world editor and does save often, trouble is the work is lost when server goes down and the usual case between the server corrupting between the middle of the evening, every day since patch was released. So I advised my people to not doing anything in the evening during this time, until they sorted the server out Question is Gizmo, doesn't look good you mentioning the server maintenance during the day and then people finding out its started again later on. there seem to be more of an issue between 2100-22:00 gmt 0 for the server, this needs to be monitored to find the source of the problem, could there be an DDos Attack on server at this point in time ?
