Sweetheart, I do as I'm 45 year old, I was taught history in the classroom with actual books and also I do my research.as well, so don't try to tel me I don't understand when I most certainly do. My family has never owned a slave, my family has never treated any other race any less because of their race, in fact they fought with them as they believed everyone should be treated equally. I'm white and sure as fuck don't have white privilege and never will. My family has busted their asses for everything they've earned and no we don't have a ton of money not even a lot of money but we do help everyone that needs a little any way we can. So you're basically saying it's okay that they destroy monuments of even good things like those who've been honored for giving their lives to wars like veterans of all races for Vietnam and destroy facilities where veterans of all races go to get care and help for serving this country and more. They've literally destroyed towns, people all races who owned businesses, destroyed them, looted them, burned them to the ground, people of all races, their personal property and even some of their lives but you won't hear that all over the news and then to top it you hear it's reparations and the insurance will cover it, no insurance doesn't cover it and won't because it's not a nature disaster instead they were stolen by people. Lincoln fought for everyone in this country and yet they were going to destroy the memorial, imagine that. They're also trying to have the history books rewritten to what they want it to say not what actually happened. Which even goes further into the science world and so on but what do I know other than what people are pushing for. I don't have beliefs, sweetheart I made a statement of what is going on. I said my wish because I do want this whole world to be better than it is right now. I do know real history and that's why I said that, tearing them down isn't going to change anything, imagine that, it won't make history go away, it's not going to change the future if you're living in the past. Since you don't know my history, here's a little bit, at 6-7 years old my then stepfather beat the living fuck out of my two older brothers along with me and my sister putting my brothers in the hospital, while there he proceeded to clear out every penny out of the bank accounts and disappeared. While in the hospital our house was taken by the company he took a loan out with as the house was paid for in my mother's name due to my father's murder with the insurance payout, he since married to my mother was able to put that up as collateral. We came home to find everything we owned by the street in the middle of winter where everything was destroyed because it snowed and the street was plowed. My mother went to get help as we were now homeless and only had the car, she was told to sell her car, her only way to get around to find a job so they refused to help her. We ended up in sleeping in the car when a reporter took a picture, talked to my mother with a promise to not publish it but rather get her some help but instead posted it in the newspaper anyway and us kids ended up in foster care but eventually getting back to our mother. She raised us to bust our asses to earn what we want in life as nothing is free or will be given to you and the only way to get it is to earn it. You do realize that what happened here, still happens in other countries to this day. Are those people fighting here going to go and fight in those countries as well to help those people, no because it won't benefit them. Do I let the 3 assholes that raped me that I knew since I was a kid, control me and keep me down, fuck no, I own that and I've moved on with my life. I'm not going to let it hold me down as I'm going to continue to bust my ass well into the future and stand right next to people who are doing the same but doing it the right way. I agree, here in the US they are trying to change history as it was but not making new on only changing to how we should see things from one point of view instead of what actually happened and learn from it. They're calling for reparations for the past but forget that those of today are not those of the past, not everyone benefited from the past and so on but want us to pay for it. I wish things were a lot different today and the chaos of this world as well. Hopefully things will get better in the future and the great divide that's happening now won't be in the future, it's a nice thought.

If they are the person who created the room and broke the game rules, why would the game allow them to enter into a contest if they broke the very rules of the game. The game made the decision because of what had happened. While the room may have been open countless times and a wonderful design the person who runs the avatar even if they built the room, broke the rules.

As much as this may be a good idea, in reality it's not going to work. I've been in rooms where it's a coffee shop and so on that would be for social not sex and wham you have people fucking in those rooms so the separation won't work as you can partner and fuck anywhere with anyone you accept to fuck.

It's not really hard to make up the sounds and there are plenty that are free to use online.

I've said that for a while now when it was posted about the room names before as well as avi names. A generic list that's used for both shouldn't be that hard to write into it and prevent any further instances from happening with the use of those words. I even went as far back as when an instance even happened here on the forum. I wrote on threads of the forum and in messages to the Devs.

As you seen in my post from 2019, Gizmo stated before they want all users to have the same things the game provides, while it takes away from the huge customization of things on here but it also gives them less to have to deal with in regards to Copyright and people making claims they did something they did or didn't do. Several posts already have been done on here to show it's already happening and claims of filing DMCA and calling lawyers, yes I laughed so hard when I seen that as you can't with this game unless you actually provided everything that person used to which they didn't and anything is easy to recreate if you have the time, which is why I laughed even harder. That's a headache enough for the Devs to say fuck it and not have a market in game but provide everything to us. Besides that, I don't think the Devs want to have to babysit people for Copyright, Trademark and such. Even for a DJ on here unless SGD is providing the music to which they're not just the player you put your stream in, so even there they can't be held accountable for illegal music played only the DJ.

Well I'm not the one who said it was racism in the first place, I corrected that fact as it's being tossed around so much these days when it shouldn't be. If someone is going to use it, they should know what it means. First it was the original poster then you both used it incorrectly which either way isn't a joking matter. I get a joke but right now that's not a joke and it never should be. Making a joke of something like that is what causes issues which is why I wrote what I had. Adding given the recent events that have kicked some horrific things going on around the world with protesting, riots, looting and such, it's really nothing to joke about.

Most post because they want to have people come into their rooms, having the tab would only have other room owners or those posting for that room posting so they're not getting their message out there for others to see even though they can click on the tab, it was suggested before and it didn't happen as I had in 2015 when the HTML was so bad in World. Maybe the Devs would take that into consideration and the only warning is just that, you post anywhere but there you get an automatic ban for 48 hours. It was suggested before that you have to pay to advert or to not show them in World but why should those who don't wish to see them pay for that ability when it shouldn't be crazy with room adverts anyway.

That's what I'm saying it doesn't stay to one tab, we used to talk regularly in Roleplay because of what World looked like then they moved to there as well. It was then taken to group chat because it was so bad but that wasn't right to the users because you'd have to invite everyone to the group to talk when you should be able to talk without that mess as it was. While I understand people are upset, how to we know it's automatically being done with the bans. I can remember when they didn't do anything with the reports which is why Goose started the thread in the first place because people were being reported and nothing was done. Given all that's happened recently in the world, they may actually be able to do more now then they had been. I even suggested renaming the Roleplay tab for Events/Parties posting but they removed it instead and the HTML ability. Countless times people have asked to please stop posting so much in World and people haven't listened. We don't need 50 people posting the same room/rooms over and over to get people to come in. It doesn't take much for posting if you do it in a timely manner so it's not crazy and then you won't see this happening.

At the time it wasn't when that's all you seen by countless posts all the same rooms. People would have preferred the invite back compared to that or nothing at all, it was horrific and why it was removed.

Here is the definition of racism since it's clear the word is being thrown around far too much without an understanding of what it actually means. While @Lisa is shown saying something I've never seen before and hopefully it's clarified because I don't think that would ever be the case as I've seen other languages written in World, Local and in Roleplay when the tab was there as well as in PMs that were done by mistake. Never had I ever seen someone be threatened like that for writing another language in the game nor do I think that would ever happen. Racism is the belief that groups of humans possess different behavioral traits corresponding to physical appearance and can be divided based on the superiority of one race over another.

If you read what I posted they had another channel called Roleplay where we would go to talk. I'm looking up the forum thread about this and you can see just how bad it was when trying to talk in World and it's still the same as it was then which is why the Devs have taken action because so many are reporting it because it's enough, World chat should be everything but if you post and others post the same thing over, someone is bound to report it. There's no reason for people to have a huge ass block list because people post their room adverts too many times. Here take a look and you'll see what I mean. Now given that they change it and limited characters, people have gotten a little creative with their posts. Why do you think so many have been asking the Devs even willing to pay to have them not show in World if they don't want to see it. I see people posting links for their sites that they create rooms and sell them. Should they be allowed to charge for a room, some would ask because that's advertising a their business of making rooms for money from this game. Id' have to look back through the screenshots I took and block out names to give an example of how bad it was in World and in Roleplay tabs because they used all three, including going into the local rooms and posting there even in other user's rooms. Back in 2015 and yes I was in game then, there were countless posts for rooms in world chat and people would go into other rooms and spam them with the room listings. It was even worse then as you used to sent invites to everyone in the game, imagine getting that every two seconds from users while you're busy doing something else, it was a major pain in the ass and not in a good way. We also were able to HTML codes, colors and any size font. That was so fucking annoying to everyone in game because they did it on all three chat tabs as we used to have a Roleplay one as well and they screwed us over with regular chat on there because World was so fucked up you couldn't see a regular conversation unless you blocked everyone and who the fuck wants to do that. So the Devs listened to us and removed that function for World chat, we lost the Roleplay tab and then removed the invites so now you have what you have in World. While you may not like it, some post far too much and there are countless people who post for rooms that are open because they're in it and are friends with that person. Why do you think people have been asking if there was way to not see that and just the regular chat without having to block everyone who's posting in World. The way the World is you can be on for 5 minutes and you'd get 3/4 of World with people advertising their rooms and/or posting for their friends room. Now the Devs are finally taking action and people are complaining about it just as they had when they were doing nothing about it.

It's nice to see SGD doing this and thinking about it in the future as well. There are all kinds of things out there that can be done for here but I guess that'll be for the future endeavors that SGD decides to take. I know from reading that some don't want others and others won't because everyone should be able to participate and so on. For me, I always have ideas floating in my head and could whip up something but I choose not to, not because of the contest but rather my confidence in how I feel about it. I've seen amazing rooms, I even made a walk up to THX plane they did so people could load there and move to one in the air. For me I think of what it would be in reality and go from there. I wish everyone the best of luck with their builds. I'm sure you and the other judges will have some hard decisions to make.

I'll never give up my Christmas Tree, it's massive in height and you climb all the way to the top. The view was amazing with the old world and still is in this one. That took me around a month to get the way it was and I still think it could have been better. Thank you for the compliment, it's much appreciated.

I'm just me, it's how I am. Since my neck surgery, it was suggested that since I baked for others over the years to do that more to relax and even though people have tried to pay me for it, I never took their money because I didn't think it as good enough. As you seen from comments to me about my builds, I myself, just don't think I am.

I think that the files should be sent as they have been done before to the judges so they can see the room for themselves virtually to explore. There's no better way to see the rooms and what they offer if you don't see it. Pictures say a thousand words but there's nothing like seeing something directly, so to speak in a virtual world. I hope the judges take that into consideration. Thank you to those that gave me compliments but I don't think mine are good, that's just how I think of them.

I'm not sure who all here has seen AsherRains builds like Inferno and his cabin but they're a work of art. While I've seen other rooms those rooms took it to a whole different level. Inferno blew a lot of minds when it was open, his cabin had so many coming in to see the work. I know that Rob's GreySkull and other builds you can get lost in as well. There are so many great builders out there with such amazing rooms. These tools are easy to work with if you really want to make something awesome. I always think my builds are shitty as that's just me but I've been told to stop doubting myself as my builds are wonderful, but that goes in one ear and out the other so I don't really show my rooms.

There are some amazing builds already that have been put out there. I'm not sure when you've been in game last but people update all the time with things SGD offer to the subscribers to keep it interesting. The whole issue with the rooms and such are and always will be an ongoing issue when they're posted for people to use.

Finally, SGD is doing it instead of users hosting and giving. Good luck to those that enter as I've seen some amazing builds.
