Free trial would be a two sided medal. On one hand it would have the benefit to be able to have a sneak peek for free.

Since we reached November by now, it is time to announce something more. This will be a special month indeed, as we will break our monthly schedule. Reason being my 2nd 3DX Birthday on the 19th. We invite you to our home to celebrate with us.

However, this won't be the main event in November. On 27th and 28th we are pround to be able to announce a two day street festival in Berlin on "Straße des 17. Juni." close to the "Brandenburger Tor". Besides several of 3DX's finest DJs some of the most awesome dance teams are keen to entertain you. More detais to come, so stay tuned.

One argument is still missing.

Trolls are trolling now 'cos they don't need to fear anything. Room owners are defenseless. If they get the tool of kick/ban I am certain, the attempts of trolling will lower significantly, because it would leave the trolls defenseless.

And I strongly agree to the following. If you own a pub and open it for public, it does not mean it is public space. You're still the owner with all the rights. If you go to a pub and misbehave the owner will wipe the bar with your ass in no time. Easy as that.

Same, if you open up your own build place for public. It is still no public place. And you should be ofc able to wipe your bar with trolling asses in no time.

However, I have never really felt the lack of this tool by now fortunately. So far I could settle everything with a friendly approach. But I vote a strong YES for this tool and I really hope it will be with one of the next updates.

Makes perfect sense because there's a big differance.

"Slavery" as used here is a BDSM practice where the slave agrees to be enslaved. Therefore it has not much in common with real enslavement where slaves are taken against their will.

In contrast a rape victim by definition does not agree to the violance forced upon her/him. If both (or more) agree to whatever takes place by definition it can not be a rape.

This is a simple fact so much obvious that even a walnut could get it.

You're right. I already stated too, while this rules already exist in the TOS, this disussion is superfluous. However discussing might be fun nonetheless.

You say like you name a certain deed and announce it is not welcome and if you do it, you will be punished and recieve a ban, or 3 years in jail or whatever. The resulting effect will be, that it only attracts more peps with rotten morals to do exactly that, did I get you right? So there would be less fraud if fraudsters won't be punished?

See, facts don't change. It is all about how facts are judged, which conclusions you make out of them and so on. You do consider yourself logical, and do consider me unlogical. To me it is exactly the other way around. And another thing is obvious: None of us would convince the other one ever.

Facts are: this crap is forbidden, opposed by majority and by definition insane in the brain. I mean, if there is a mutual agreement between two or more to RP like this, fine. I would still consider it an rather extreme kink, but have fun.

From my experiance it is not like this place is only populated by weirdos and sickos. If you are a sicko and read this thread completely, from my understanding you get the follwoing points:

• Rape rooms are forbidden and if you open one, you'll get a well deserved ban.
• Rape rooms are opposed vividly by many other players
• There are seemingly more pepes opposing it, rather than other sickos defending or tolerating it.

I am not convinced, this is eligible to encourage other sickos opening up a rape room themselfs. I suppose and still hope, it is more like vice versa.
