Nah, it does not work like this.
Version 433 does not mean that it was 433 updates. Some versions could be just hotfixes. Some versions could be just missed to faster go for example for 200 or 300 version if it was a big update, possible too.
You can go here https://3dxchat.com/updates.html and check all updates made for the game. There is 42 pages. 6 updates per page. Which is... 252 posts. Mostly it updates, minus some info posts that for some reason in this section as well. But its still a LOT!
Buuuut..
We are playing now, not in the past. And to check how well game doing with updates now we need to check more recent updates.
Since the beginning of 2020 it was 18 updates (20 - 2 posts, one about referral program and one about 3dxchat's birthday). Which is approximately one update in month. And it is still fine I guess.
Since the beginning of 2021 it was only 2 updates. Which is one update in 3+ months. Which is not good at all.
I mean, I am glad that game was rapidly developing in the past, but... I am not playing it in 2014, I am playing it now, in 2021, and of course I want updates now.
Don't mean to be a hater though, I still enjoy the game a lot just... Prefer to be unbiased. 3dxchat is pretty slow with updates currently, that's a matter of fact.

So... We saw earrings in discord. Then we saw rings. So I hope that now they are working on piercings to release this Accessories system in next update.
And of course its just my speculations, nothing more. But well... I want to believe that its about piercings. How much time would it take - I have no idea, I mean if devs really work on piercings - who knows how much types of piercings they going to add...

I believe IF making two separate servers, better make another one without alts at all or with fully visible alts. For people who are against current alt avis system, not just account-wide ignore system. But... The problem is, 3dxchat's community quite small as it is. I think almost everyone would agree on it. I think its mostly the people who use alts to abuse/stalk others are against account wide ignore itself. People who are against account wide ignore usually not against this system itself, but against pandora or something similar that can be bring back to life with account wide ignore. If devs could make ignore system account wide without making possible for pandora or another harmful service to return and intrude people's privacy - it would be the best solution that would make wast majority of players happier.

I don't think that Gizmo and Lisa want assholes in their game, no matter if these assholes pay for one account of three. Assholes ruining people's experience and making people leave the game so I doubt that even asshole paying for three accounts is worthwhile addition to the game. Yeah, the current system convenient for them, but it's just an unpleasant side effect.
About making alts visible or not - it is the question of priority. Who is the priority - the ones who see this as a sex/RP game first of all, or the ones who see this as a social game first of all. I mean, I understand that it's usually both - people who RP often socialize as well, and most of people who socialize also can enjoy RP or just some virtual sex with dirty talk and stuff, but almost everyone have their leaning to one of the aspects of 3dxchat.
For the people who here most of all because of social side, visibility of alts sure would be a very good feature - it would let them building relationship in more stable and honest environment, without worrying that someone fucks with their mind or fucks behind their back with others if they are into exclusivity. As an unpleasant side effect... If some person/group stalking you - you can't escape from them even on new avi. Only new account.
For the people who here mostly for ERP, visible alts may be inconvenient and stressful, because sometimes person just want to play a "character", without being bothered by people they know. As an unpleasant side effect... Assholes can abuse this system and fuck with people minds.
So basically its about a choice. Which part of playerbase is priority. Socializing folks or the ones for who here first of all for RP or virtual sex. And I believe its a second group because of the decisions made before. Besides, 3dxchat self-proclaims most of all as sex game.
What I think about making an alts public personally... I think, if we talk about it abstractly, its not a bad thing, maybe even a good one, but only if it would be here from the beginning of the game. It's simply not fair - to first give people privacy in this aspect and then take that privacy away. It does not work like this. You either make something private or you make it public, its not respectful to your client to first give privacy, then take it away.
Imagine if you would register in some social network and it would have communities in it. And you could make communities you joined private and not visible in your profile. Or maybe even make an option to not appear in community members list, so you can just read the posts and stuff. And then, after some update, all communities everyone joined would become visible for everyone. Would it be fair and respectful to users, who were expect that this information is district and suddenly their privacy was ripped off? Not at all, maybe some of you would say that its a right way to do thing, that people should not have dirty and not so dirty secrets from friends and stuff like this, but the fact is - it would clearly show that owner of the platform don't respect its users. You either give privacy and then protect it, or you don't give privacy. You can't give it then take it away as you wish and expect your clients to be fine with it. (I am not talking about special cases when crime/danger is involved ofc, and I am talking about RL crimes, not some bullshit like cheating partner in a sexgame)

Hope its not going to affect performance too drastically like it was with breasts physics after the Lovense update till devs fixed it. Well, fixed performance issues I mean, not talking about physics itself. I am really excited about new accessories system though! Rings and earrings would be a very nice addition to the game. I really hope they'll add piercings as well... Especially nipple studs and rings.
About the tails... Personally - not my thing at all, no way I am gonna wear it. If it would be made as a buttplug... Maybe, on a special occasion. But not the way they are done. But! I don't think its a bad thing. I mean there some furry in game and a LOT of anime-loving peeps into all that animal ears and tails, I saw several people asking about it on forums and know quite a few who are excited about it in game... So... Why not.

Now, to keep being unbiased lets give some attention to Lexxxxi's bullshit about pirate server.
...because they steal 3dxchat's new poses. Yeah, they have a few of their own, but mostly they just steal stuff from here. For some reason they can't steal new haircuts for example, but they can steal poses and clothes. It's not about how hard working they are and how "lazy" 3dxchat's devs are in your opinion. If you not consider stealing as a work of course.
Same like with poses. Its not hard to have more content when you can just steal everything that other did and then add some your stuff on top of it (mostly of shitty quality)
Because they simply can take any print from the internet and add it to the game. 3dxchat's devs cant do it, it can lead them to the court if they take a print without permission of the owner. But pirates can take anything, they are illegal anyway.

Its not nonsense just because its not for you. I have no use for it as well, but I know a lot of people who are very excited about it.
Yeah, indeed. Pirate server has earrings for a very long time. But it's not the same as earrings presented in gifs by Lisa. We going to have a proper earrings, with physics. Not just static objects like on pirate server. And if I remember well it was only 5 earrings here - simple rings of different size and studs. So yeah. They have it for a long time, but the quality AND quantity of them... meh...
And now lets get to the downsides of pirate server:
1. Shitty lagging servers.
2. Community of trolls and idiots who can do whatever they want because they have nothing to lose and can register a new account anytime they wish.
3. Zero guarantees for your safety, they can log anything you write and use it as they wish or do some other nasty stuff.
4. Old outdated 32bit client that works WORSE than official 3dxchat's one even BEFORE we moved to 64bit, because pirates OVERLOADED this old weak 32bit client with stuff, making it work like shit, especially compared to current 64bit official 3dxchat's client.
And yeah, some can question me why I was playing there then, if it's unsafe and of a bad quality... Well, sometimes my curiosity gets above me, I can't help it. So from time to time I am checking that place, not really actively playing there, just looking at the stuff they added.
Maybe my next words will sound weird and wrong but... 3dxchat's devs should check that place from time to time too. Because if something was added there - then it can be added here too. And why not take some ideas from them and add this stuff here? Yeah, most of the stuff they are adding is of a low quality, but some stuff is nice too. For example floral and other full body prints. I would enjoy wearing a dress with a full body floral print here. I mean not like pirates can sue official 3dxchat anyway, right?
