World chat is like driving by a gruesome car accident. You know not to look, but you can't just close your eyes. I am a big believer in free speech. You write what you want, but I don't have to read it. Knowing up front that someone is toxic makes it easy to click ignore.

If anyone is interested, I have created an excel tool (VBA Macros) to load world files and display them in an excel tab With that tool you can easily edit some values, additionally there are some built in functions like: Remove duplicates Duplicate groups Moving and rotating of the world file (as preparation to merge it into another one) As well it has the possibility to convert 24 bit .bmp images to world files I used that tool for instance for a mass repair of the broken stairs (by just filtering all stairs with z-scale of >= 1 and setting them to 0.9999) I am going to extend it further (thankful for any ideas) If you are interested, just hit me up (here or in game)

You know, you should toot your own horn a little. You give us the player count in the private rooms. I'd like to see player counts on the public rooms, and an overall count somewhere. It'd be cool to be able to see how many people around the world are online at any given time.

That assumes they even remember they HAVE a game running in the first place. Which sometimes, it feels like they don't.

The 'Free Speech' argument gets brought up a lot. Funny thing is, most of the time when someone crows about Free Speech. They don't actually want free speech. They just want to be able to say whatever they want, Free from Consequence. As for looking away, that is true. But the way the game is set up, you literally can't. World Chat is the default Chat Pane when opening the game. If we can't have Moderation, then at the very least we should have the option to definitively Opt Out. Give us a toggle; 'Do not Display World Chat at game start.' That would solve a LOT of issues right there.

I'm coming back today to the opening night of the new Temple Of Rock, organized on Wednesday April 6th by Robje, its builder and owner. C'est dans les bas fond que Robje nous a embraquer, dans une nouvelle salle aux accents industriels pour un voyage exceptionnel à la rencontre des plus grands classiques du Rock. Les différents Djs nous ont ensuite invité à poursuivre l'exploration au long de la soirée sous la supervision de Alioth. Robje took us to the back of the house, in a new room with industrial accents, for an exceptional journey to the greatest classics of Rock. The various DJs then invited us to continue the exploration throughout the evening under the supervision of Alioth. Nous remercions Robje de nous avoir offert l'opportunité de participer à cette belle soirée et les Djs pour leur sympathique invitation de voyage au pays du rock. Chapeau bas à nos danseurs qui ont fait de cette représentation un show extraordinaire ! Best mod ever: iggy button

World Chat is disgusting in its current stage but I don't think its a reason to have moderators. Why? Because its either hired moderators - which means spending money and I am not sure a small company like SGD can afford these expenses... and even if they can - better spend those money for additional assets for the game... Or... if its not hired mods - its mods from the players. Which means some players will have a power to mute/ban others which almost 100% will lead to power abuse at some point. Better cancerous world chat than power abuse because its very easy to avoid WC and not so easy to avoid power abuse if you are end up in conflict with some mod.

Update: The mansion area will be finished by the 29th. I finished the exterior and just have to work on the interior now Still looking for a DJ if anyone knows someone that can help on the 29th.

It's probably Trump fault

With the growing number of rooms it has become very cumbersome to tell someone to meet at X and for them to easily find it in the list. Devs, the rooms list needs a serious rework: - Rooms with Zero in them should all go to bottom of list or to a page 2 to reduce clutter. - Need some way to filter, search, or categorize rooms by type. -3DX created properties take up space that could be converted to buttons that sort the current list by catagories or some type of filter area. Just add them to the room list like all others and use that space for filtering.

Search feature is very much needed.
