Even teleportation is not a solution for a "default room". (I gather default rooms are Sin Club, 3DX Night Club, Beach, Yacht and so on.)

These rooms are there to facilitate socializing, not to admire some landscape or architecture.
If you have a location spanning a vast area, you must provide many focal areas or crystallisation points for gatherings in this "Mega Room"; otherwise avatars are just wandering around alone.

When you are able to populate the focal areas, due to the sheer mass of visitors, the local chat there becomes WC no.2 and probably worse. Just imagine some focal area with kink positive folks and another area with plain vanillas in the local chat of a Mega Room. Misunderstandings aplenty. WC will look like kindergarten.
What is also neglected often is the importance of the soundscape, especially in addition to landscape/architecture.
Just look at the two default rooms with the most people at every single hour - Sin Club and Beach. The Beach has a very neutral soundscape, which is not annoying.
Sin Club has a very mainstream but broader music selection and at least every half an hour or so, everyone should hear a track which evocates at least some positive feeling.
Whereas Fresco, if you do not like that type of music, you will simply not stay there.
So which music are you going to play in Mega Room? Lets say you have an opera house and a Black Metal bar in your city. Even if you like Black Metal and Opera, combined with the wrong environment the location would feel a little cheesy. And if you would play the "neutral" SinClub Radio, the architecture/soundcape-dissonance is even greater!
How are you going to populate an area which feels so wrong? My bet is, it would be as deserted as the saloon.
So most probably you would just end up with another beach or jungle island. But why the effort? I mean Havasu exists already in the user hosted area.

I guess what many people are striving for is a system like in a competitor of 3DX, where you can jump from one room to another through a teleporter/door.
But why would you need that in "default rooms", because you can easily jump from area to area just using the left panel of the menu.
If you want to jump/teleport into a user hosted room, all these rooms, would have to be running 24/7.
I guess this game is not designed for that, but I could be wrong.

but beware if you mention a game in development from a competitor, or, gosh!, even put an advert in WC!    Instant ban!!!

I was asking for a holding - hands pose for years! Or what about clinking glasses, or cheering, etc.

Besides the beer bottle animations a few other drinks would be nice.

Coffee and such might be sufficient, if only done in sitting poses, no need to carry a cup of coffee to the dancefloor.

I say we need a new tab basically, with 'Social' poses too.
Many people would love to be able to park their avatar in a club, at a bar, sipping a drink, or just idly chatting while the avatar makes small 'small talk' hand gestures or motions.
Just to add to the Immersion, doesn't even have to be for Role Play per say, I think most people would use those 'poses'
And it would add to the atmosphere of the game.
Because yes, it's a 'Sex Game' but Sex is better when there is meaning around it, foreplay, social tension, flirting, the works.
Sex is often the cherry on top of a night of fun, laughter, deep conversations and such.

It took someone to point me to someone who had images still, but here you go. Figured you'd like to see those long dresses textured Mara and JenC. And a few things for us guys we would want. Totally forgot about all this.
With the clothing maps and some time to learn, look at these by self taught users. And yes, these are from the same engine 3DX uses. Seems like 100 years since I last saw these pics from that defunct project. We could do this in 3DX if they provided the mesh maps.

First, thank you so much for fixing the lipstick issue and handing out the new sex pose and the new lingerie for us ladies. Looks great!
 
BUT.....many of us, men and women alike, would LOVE to see tuxedos and more suit options for men and women in game. ESPECIALLY the men. I have a thing for men in suits. Also....LONG DRESSES.....so many people have weddings and such in game. But there is NO tux for the men....and NO long dresses for the women. Women don't need to have their butts hanging out in super short dresses to look sexy. And so many of us wants long dresses and tuxedos and there is no option for this. 
The next time you do an update (which is hopefully sooner than later) can you please look into this. We would greatly appreciate it.

Well, as I said it's no one business why they afk, or why they sit and chill somewhere, just try to not go butthurt about how other people play 3dxchat in a their own way, afk or present, online or offline.
Also calling them "faction" is like calling for dramatic replies.

I have a legit reason why AFK is a decent thing -
I know of a few communities that use a map that is solely for the purpose of role playing.  These people come back to the same location to RP at varying times across the day, as they're in different timezones.  So, the founder of the map will AFK in it, or have someone else just idle in it to keep it open for the group.
But, God forbid people try to have a round-the-clock community lot available.

Yes add a kick afk system because people are farming xgold while they are afk(?) as well as gaining ranked points for doing so(?) it's not fair for legit people who play the game being present and do not afk in safe spawn point (didn't know this was some FPS call of duty ranked game where being online or offline matters) they should always log in game and go grab someone and bang, Activity is a must (Hell even mmo games like FFXIV doesn't kick you for afking lol), also yes game will be less filled with players, and eventually dies like most of the adult sex games out there that hardly anyone remembers now, where you login to hardly find few people playing it or none at all. This is not a buy to play game, or free to play game to "save resources" you basically pay a fee and you can just lay down in the beach and listen to music or whatever, after your monthly/years sub is over you are kicked until you resub again.
About why people do it, it's everyone business, some just want to be present in their opened rooms, some just want to feel they are cuddling their loved ones all night for their own fun/fantasy, some just enjoying the music in some beach room, some just flexing their digital relationship slowdancing all day in game, they are free to do whatever they want, you don't pay their service to be bothered about it but hey..

Wow the room list has sure grown bigger since I was last here! Makes it hard to find a specific room or room host player, so how about this idea which would help you navigate the list in the "For All" section...
1. Add a drop-down selector at the top of the page to sort the room list under the "For All" section by:
a) Host name
b) Room name
c) Number of players in room
d) Length of time room has been online.
Promoted rooms could still appear the top of the list .... ??
2. Add a "filter" box where you can type in a Host's name or room name (or any part thereof) and it would filter the list to show only matching rooms. This would make it so much easier to find a specific room you like to visit rather than scrolling and scrolling.
This should be fairly easy feature to add imho 
To take this idea to another level (and not as necessary as the above idea), I could see adding a "Category" field that the room host sets when she/he shares it for public access where a single "Category" can be selected from a fixed list such as "Dance Clubs", "Role Play Rooms", "Sex Rooms", "Themed Rooms", "Event Rooms", etc. and that would cause the list to be organized under those categories.  If no Category is selected that's ok too, it would show up under an "Uncategorized" group of rooms. You would not want to have user-defined Categories of course otherwise the list would become unmanageable, so would need to put some thought and get player input as to the list of Categories

People was complaining about piercing not because people don't want piercings but because how poorly they were made. It's ridiculous to make piercings as a texture in 2020. I am not one of dev-haters on this forum but in all honesty tattooed piercings are just too trashy for a modern game. And I don't understand why can't they add them as 3d objects. We are talking about piercings. Not about pose editor or some other too complicated stuff. But whatever.

Agency over who gets to do what to you has zero to do with sex or sexuality. I'd love an option to simply say 'no' to people who try to interact with me without my consent. We're able to say no to partner, apartment, and dance requests; why not hugging and kissing?

(anyway, jokes aside, I think it would be cool. It's just additional social interaction option visually, although I'm not sure if I would make use of your proposed option of kicking women in the c*nt, or slap them in the face for attempting a hug, but maybe a "piss off" gesture would be useful)
