Also make sure what "Email" you did the payment with, that will be the email that has the email with password and the login.

OR you could try to "reset your password" the email you used in your payment is the email you will login with, so I think you can "request a password reset" as if you "forgot your password", I'm not sure if this works, but as far as I know you can change your password to what you want it to be, so pretty sure you can reset it.

It probably went to the junk mails, make sure you check that as well. Or it could be that your payment didn't go through?

Could you check your account profile page where you login to download 3dxchat, many people said they usually list the reason for the ban there. But I assume it's the world chat thing.

In other forums, usually the discussion of admins action topics get locked and removed with a warning, and be asked to appeal their bans with the support if the banned people can appeal their ban, I'm surprised it's even left to take that long in here.
