So after updating my game i noticed big fps drops in bigger rooms which i usually didnt have before. I went through the options and found the source to be breast physics, so if you experience lag like i did, turn that off as a tempoary fix.
Im guessing it has something to do with how the devs updated physics in this patch.

Have you been spying on me?  Ive been wanting to do a manor like this for ages. 😄
Still too many limitations with the WB for my liking to take on a project like this, namely the textures. If we could have patterned textures in both X and Z axis, I would approach these projects with vigour but as it is, I cant reconcile the mess not having those gives me. You can work around the walls for the most part, but the roofing and flooring is impossible for certain builds.

Hello friends!
After years of building (literally) I decided it is time to present some of my creations to the community. This topic is meant as showcase for completed and work in progress builds, please have a look around

All presented builds are 100% made by me with the solely use of the 3dx room editor. No 3rd party tools were used. In the few cases of usage of content of other creators, it will be stated on the according presentation. The builds won't be shared or sold.
 
I want to start with a teaser of my current build, the Kinky Belle, a Mississippi steamboat.

This build was inspired by the game Red Dead Redemption 2 and is based on an actual ship, the 87m sidewheeler steamboat Robert E. Lee from 1866.

making the greatest room in the world and sitting in it flexing fingers, doesn't make a successful party

boosting also is part of the equation... and yeah it costs money... just as DJ renting a casting server costs money... 
but in the end no one is forcing anyone to throw parties anyways.

The first i show is the new free to download house/home

It was my first house i made back when we got build editor. And ohh boy i was a noob that time. (yeah yeah, maybe i still am )
But now i have rebuild "Spanish House" to 2021 version. 
It was a bigger job then i thought, but was all worth it, and funny to go back in time and make an old room alive once again.

Plenty of poses every where, and some of my own sex poses is added there as well. (See Pic's)

I have not added to much things into the room. So you can still add your own stuff there. 
I have used some of my own creations, but also added creations from other amazing builders there.

3DXChat uses our networking solution, not Unity networking. The player's computer is never the host, only the client.
The 3dx server is the host always.

It will be finished earlier... A little.

I can not forget about them. They are all around jiggling and eating fps lol
About the rooms and protests. I like them as they are. I bet that all the builders understand how its difficult sometimes. This is the 2nd Day as I cant create a good normal map. Such a hell. 

I bet the best builders will also have low fps with 300 + people in their room.

Funny thing is. They’re ‘protesting’ on 3DX. 
those 111 people in a ‘fuck Lovense’ room are still subscribed to 3DX, so Gizmo has their money already. 
They’re like those idiots burning their Nikes or smashing their IPads. 
 
291 people in the Lovense party, against 111 in the anti room. Is still 100% of them padding Gizmo’s pocket. 
 
And side note, I’m enjoying this show. 
So much anger and envy on display here. 

All in all, I think the idea is great and hats off to the ones who got picked they surely deserve the recognition.

Should they have made it a building competition? 
I think it would have been a good idea. But then maybe the Devs and Lovense people already had a room design in mind, thus it's better to go to a good builder that they already know have the talent to build it.
also, making it a competition for builders only, would beg the unrealistic question of -why not also hold, dance and DJ auditions to pick the best for those?- 

The only point I have against the situation is in execution.
It definitely would have been better if they announced the date of such party well before hand.
other members of the community have parties that they worked hard on be it building a room, or preparing a DJ set or photoshoping banners or advertising the event... and I believe most would have liked to avoid having their party on the same day as a party thrown by the developer.

 

And to the salty people who are angry cause they didn't get picked.
Yes everyone is the same as everyone when it comes to their rights as a paying customer.
But paying a subscription doesn't make people equal when it comes to building/DJ'ing/ hosting skills.
Sorry complaining about not getting picked or why the selections wasn't done via competition or interviews or whatever ,based on the fact that you are paying same as them is just absurd.

I am also not saying that the ones who got picked are better than everyone else.
who gets picked for things like that is not only based on skills but also how recognized you are and how easy you are to contact... and there's no disrespect on seeking the aid of some doesn't mean the others are worse.
And I believe non can argue about the talents or how well known the ones that got picked are.

But it's normal and perfectly reasonable to feel left out... however, acting as if it's your right to get include based on paying a sub is not.

P.S:  Before some genius throws it out, I am not friends with any of the parties involved in the planning of the events. we just haven't been introduced or met.
