266 users have from 40 countries shared their opinion this month.

After the United states, the Germans again accounted for the largest share of participants.

• 42% of users are facing bugs every day (July: 49%)

About 42% of users are facing bugs on a daily base. This is 7% less bugs recognised compared to last survey,

• Still “De-syncs” are the most annoying bug according to all participants.

According to the participants the stability has increased again compared to last survey.

Compared to last survey “Clothes” have gained more votes and is together with “Customisation of clothes” at the very top of missing features.

• 78% of users prioritize new functions (July: 74%)

For the seventh time during this survey, the respondents expressed the opinion that new features and not the stability of the game should be the developers’ focus. More of seven of ten users would prefer working on new features.

• 53 % of users rated quality with 4 or 5 points with means usually quite satisfied  (Ø 3.48 in total )

I picked out all comments with searching the word “communication” as the rating in Q7 was very poor again:
“Communication has definitely gotten better over the years, but still leaves things to be desired.“
“0 communication, sad. I feel like the devs in this game should be closer to their community. “
” I miss a better communication, I understand things can be hard to do, but a few words from staff helps a lot to feel some situations better, so I understand some problems take time, please try to be there more often “with us”.”
“Should just get moderators for your discord, across multiple time zones for better communication to the community the forums sort of work but that’s such a small player based responding that discord is just so big everyone uses for most part at least a lot dedicated fans do.”
“There’s been somewhat of a lack of communication between updates. If we had the Dev’s checking in more frequently and telling what their current projects, plans, and current goals, we could all feel at ease.”
“The communication has always not been one of the best, seriously consider improving that.”
“The game is very good with lots of potential, I like the social side. it just needs some features (in terms of customizations for example), and a better communication from the developers.“
“Communication from devs is nearly non existent.“

Final results of eleventh survey about quality of 3DXChat (19.5. to 27.5.2021)

320 users have shared their opinion this month.

After the United states, the Germans again accounted for the largest share of participants. While number of germans increased compared to last survey, less users from US participated this time.

• 56% of users are facing bugs every day (April: 31%)

More than 50% of users are facing bugs on a daily base. This is one of the worst values in history of this survey.

• De-syncs are the most annoying bug according to all participants.
• In “Other” most mentioned bugs was “Lipstick-bug” and “Breast-phyiscs after Lovense update

This value has substantially worsened compared to the previous month. Almost three times as many users experience daily disconnections since the last survey.

“More clothes” and “Customizable clother and hair” are still the most requested features. Sex Poses has been pushed to rank 3.

For the sixth time during this survey, the respondents expressed the opinion that new features and not the stability of the game should be the developers’ focus. Six of ten users would prefer working on new features.

• 59 % of users rated quality with 4 or 5 points with means usually quite satisfied  (Ø 3.61 in total )
