Sorry but it's a fact. Sometimes it gets so bad it's embarrassing. I'm not really here online so much now post-covid - just when the fancy takes me - but Every. Single. Time that I'm here WC is an abomination of attitude and resentment.
I like being here - and sometimes I think about getting a person I'm interested in into this place - but honestly? I wouldn't invite anyone else here. I wouldn't want to be a streamer trying to promote the game (which I love). So much bigotry and - i dunno maybe RAGE is the best word for it. Someone says something spiteful and triggers 2 others - who then trigger 2 more and suddenly its just walls of hate and misery spoiling the whole frikking experience.
 
Is there any way to call a mod to give it some attention? I don't want to be that person that screenshots and reports. Most of it is just cringeworthy but it goes on for HOURS and frikkin HOURs and - I KNOW people will say "heyjust block them!" but the trouble is noone else can start a conversation about anything else. World Chat is destroyed as a means of communication. Most sensible people are avoiding it which means there's no point me trying to use it, even if I block all the screamers.
I understand people have personal issues and I understand people come to 3DX to offload but seriously seriously World Chat is appaling and people need to be slapped out of there.
Is there any way to get some chat mods? 

If you can locate the zip file, try double clicking on it to open it and find the .world file inside. Then drag & drop the .world file to a known location/folder in your computer.

Well, Gizmo has replied in a thread about this need  (this thread),  and has set a date as next update.
That is pretty specific.

They are still suggestions whatever their chances of getting implemented.  Let's not start filling every thread with negativity about the devs and the game.  Those aspects are being covered in depth on other threads.

Suggestion: 
1. Create a new chat channel for any event/room/party announcements:

2. Make people know about rules per each channel in a way of a special welcoming message:


(put your correct words because my English is bad and wet)
3. Put a 5 minutes limit per message. It is enough.
4. Make it so that only room hosts can post their announcements and no one else.
5. Put a special rule in site rules about new things.
 
@Gizmo @Lisa Look at it. It can make things clear, decrease aggression between hosts and wc chatters, and whatnot. This is necessary for both sides, in my very subjective opinion. 
Feel free to leave adequate and constructive comments/ideas.
 

@York the argument we all pay to be here and thus we all have the same rights to go to any room, is in itself a fallacy given that SGD already allows room owners SOME leverage as to who enters (friends only) or by the owner having previously blocked someone. In that aspect everyone is equal because everyone has the same option.

So, again, no we do NOT have the "right" to go to any room and create drama and be an ass, and if you need someone to define what an ass/drama queen/troll is then either you are naive or have not been in rooms where one exists. and sadly, because some people thrive on drama they will not block the ass/drama queen/troll because they want to see what they will say next, and some of these guests will in fact feed the trolls by carrying on a conversation which looks to be one way, thus by human nature people will start unblocking the troll and the room goes downhill, people leave and the owner is there feeling exactly how that troll wanted the owner to feel. Seen it happen. How is that "fair" to anyone?

 

Again, someone just kicking people out for no reason, is not hurting anyone but their own reputation as a room host. If I open a room and someone comes in and starts harassing me and I block them but they are still there harassing MY guests and people start leaving, that person is taking away the rights of others to enjoy the room, are they not? And if I can not kick that person out and they chase everyone away, did they not negatively affect MY experience?

So, I don't see how your argument holds water all your argument allows is for someone to go in and disrupt a room and create drama KNOWING nothing can happen to them and that is wrong. Whether in game or real life, we need to have consequences for our negative actions. 

This is a very weak argument. I know if I am in a room and see someone start kicking people for no reason, I'd leave and never go to another of their rooms. I am a firm believer that someone who has created the room and made it public should be able to set whatever rules they desire and should be able to block or ban whomever they want. If they get carried away that's on them... when they have empty rooms they will figure it out.

As far as "SexGameDevil's game, SexGameDevil's rules", I have always looked at it like they are the landlord, I am the lessee, my payment is there to not just "rent" my game time but to also rent the tools to build a room. Now, just like a landlord, they can boot me if they feel I am a danger or harassing in any way other tenants. 

the thing I would most like to see in the editor is when you merge something into your build that it appears in front of you instead of wherever it was originally saved.  I am not a 'from scratch' builder so its a pain in the butt when you merge something into your world and then you cant find it. 

Or, they can continue to allow people to enjoy the game as they see fit. 3dx is what YOU make of it.

I am not an elder of the game, but outside 3dx I probably have a lot of years on most of you.  I do find the lack of debate and agreeing to disagree here disappointing.  If you find the current status of the game so disagreeable,  then leave.  Not sure why Secretylia needs to GTFO just for stating an opinion.  Everyone here is here for their own reasons.  Respect and peace to all of you.

There is absolutely never going to be a time where everyone in this virtual world is happy.  To my mind it is easier to ignore trolls than it is to ignore the giant ads that were running over and over and over.  When I do log in (which seems to be rarer and rarer these days) I enjoy WC. Not every conversation there is to my liking and I do this really odd thing... I don't participate and I don't watch it. I find a room and go hang out and meet people. I know it seems to be an odd concept but, call me crazy, that's what I do.  When the ads were a constant annoyance it was impossible to have any kind of conversation in WC.  I don't even really mind the trolls. (Oh for the days I chased JimmyJuice around the world telling him I was gonna kiss him when I caught him. hehehe)  But I am also aware I don't have to respond to them. And I don't have to make friends with everyone. Some people simply suck.  The old saying ya mama prolly taught ya ... ignore them and they go away... is mostly true in regards to the WC.  I don't know just yet another of my opinions but that and a quarter ... well it won't even buy ya a phone call anymore.

Hey, random question here. What if.. You just... Not look at World Chat? Maybe you just, oh.. I dunno, open a PM with someone and not partake in talking in it? You can change your notification settings so it doesn't blink green if that's such a huge thing for you. Can even turn off the sounds.
But unless you don't have self control, which most don't it seems, or an IQ of above... Eh.. 95, I'll give you five pity points, I guess this solution wouldn't work for you.
Or are you SO triggered that when you log on and you see that blahblippityblah has advertised THEIR FRICKING DJ ROOM, (LIKE, OMG?! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!) that you need to make a post on the forum about it. 

There is nothing wrong with World Chat. People who advertise a room excessively tend to be put on ignore anyways. The one minute timer is annoying but only if you want to chat with people on WC. More often then not the conversation goes to private chat. People have fun in WC, talking about bacon, politics, nonsense sorry already mentioned politics, pizza and tanks if they have them. WC is a fun outlet. 3DXChat has become a virtual community so dancing, djing or music sharing, friendships and other things do occur. WC however is not a toilet, just the shit heads there make it a toilet. But once you ignore them, the shit does not bother you. WC can be a place where a player with a question can get help from the community, such a thing has occurred various times. As for losing players. They go to other games and in time return due to friends on here, better graphics, new poses, new building options or because it is fun. Banning a person for good will only inspire the person to buy another account, or another computer or move or something that wastes their money and is hardly worth the effort. Suspending them is good enough if a rule is actually broken. If that is not good enough, well don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.   bye bye..

Like my wanderings in the woods, my walks through 3DX are never the same experience.  Everyday is full of surprises.  I think I will share those through the optics of my own eyes.  Not necessarily the details, but sharing my thoughts in the moment, my mood, my questions.  In reality, I feel myself a simple man of the northwoods.   Here, a much more complex soul, learning more about fantasy, humanity, and my place in this wild sexual world.
Maybe this diary won't be long lived, but like much here, why not try it.  I might love it!

So I decided to start a diary in the forum. It's not going to be anything real special. There is no theme to it.  I am just going to fill it full of things I like.  And I am going to start it off with a video from Pluto Living. If you all haven't seen this on YouTube or Facebook yet you have to. This little dog makes me laugh so much! I do not know the back story of it or who created it or why or how but it always makes me LOL.  Now if I do this right .... well let's see. Tech is just not one of my strong points.
