Connection Lost^^ duuuh ok

Same, but i got in my room, waited a minute, then loaded a public room and everything went back to normal

Now I have the famous "Connection Lost, Reconnect"

Patch 382 seems to fix the profile bug but still not any XGold collecting.

Damn I'm so fed up.
 
Profiles don't work in the game, can't even get my daily xgolds (which, by the way, went down yesterday to 300 to 100 even if i connect every day)
And now can't access to the member page of the website.
 
Is there anything that is still working in here ? I thought it was supposed to be under control.
 
I understand it's a hard work, but this is YOUR work and we are fucking paying, DO SOMETHING PLEASE.

Patch is very huge = 460 MB. Also you can download the latest build 380 installer.

The database migrated. Now we are transferring user photos and worlds files.

Based on his last few communications:
The upgraded started at 6:00 am
The last communication was at 8:00 am and he was at 35 percent.
Unless the math does not hold true, the update will not be completed before Noon today.  
I would assume there will be testing time and perhaps some adjustments. 
So my guess is mid afternoon at the earliest.

I contacted BTM, they're going to refund the one month I bought.
 
I only had one day of playtime before the servers died, a good first impression indeed.
I might come back during a sale if they apologize and explain what is going on over there.

Why do people keep saying because it's the weekend nothing will happen? I know many people who work in the tech field and work weekends when needed. Just wondering why that seems to be off the table?

What is DDoS attack - is random senseless requests from IP addresses. And if the server gets tons of requests from tons of IP addresses, the server could not stand it and stops responding.
And this server that has been attacked, becomes just not working. and it can last days, weeks, months, depends on actions taken by gizmo to stop it.

I am not a supporter of conspiracy theories of such magnitude

Due to Famous PornHub Failure back in september  2018 the competitor company UV had absolutely no people in their game. And they do not know what to do and since everybody talking about 3dx chat even in their own game it gets so bad for their reputation. 
 
Since they do not let me fix things in their game i came to the conclusion that they do not trust players who really cares and wants to help. they also are so closed from respond to the community as gizmo nowadays. both companies never replies with straight forward answer about any sort of problems they have. 
 
Since competitors do not have players there... WHAT IF (i may be wrong but anyway) they decided to ruin 3dx chat  business by over-loading servers with DDoS attacks? 
 
Just think about pandora, they hacked servers and have all the access to user personal data, which means that everybody who works in Network solution and has their own servers for example in Wales actually can corrupt servers of 3dx chat.
 
This question needs deep investigation by some sort of "worlds business lawyers" because there is no proof of it but still looks like it POSSIBLY may be true...

As I brought it up to some people close to me, the current situation might be a case of serious lack of oversight in the management of services.
 
I wouldn't be even surprised if the devs don't even know that the game servers are down.
 
Usually when the services are taken down on purpose for maintenance work, patching, whatnot, the Authentication server is also taken down together with it.
Naturally in these cases often a message is also present on the login page about the disruption of services.
 
Now... The Authentication server is up and running, the daily XGold is awarded, so on.... which leads me to the conclusion, that the main game server was not actually taken down by them, but it's down because of a different reason.
The lack of communication might also be a clue that they don't even know what is going on. Of course it really blows my mind that they don't give a fuck if things are running properly, but that might be the case.
Well eventually someone should restart that god forsaken box, to have us enjoy the services we actually pay for.
 
Now I do understand if there is a proper explanation for some issue. I also understand that some services we are ENTITLED TO might be unavailable for some time. But I don't understand the lack of transparency, nor the lack of communication in this case, regardless of the devs personal issues. 
 
I'm not here to "understand" what is going on. I'm not giving the money for explanations, I pay for the results. Yet I am human, and I understand, if there is something to understand. 
I expect the devs to come up with some apology very soon and include in the same announcement their plans to resolve this problem for everybody.
 
I seriously never saw such lack of respect towards a community especially in the case of a subscription based service.

It is simply disgusting that we do not get any information, while the servers down since more than a day!!!

Fucking disgusting 'customer service'.... or lack thereof. Don't even tell me that the devs might not know. The simple truth is, they don't care. If they gave one flying shit in the first place, there would be regular scheduled server maintenance to stop this from happening AND there would be an update/apology/explanation for the outage.There is, as usual, fuck all... *slow clap*

Well 4-5 more hours and its a bout an entire day of server down without an reaction of the devs.... pathetic just pathetic.

The point is... Do devs even know that the servers are down? 

Let's make petition to compensate the down server time for one extra month worth of sub.
