What the HELL is going on at 3DX?!

Not only did they have a major DDOS attack that they couldn't handle themselves but now when they need the understanding and patience for the community the most, they institute some draconian measures for people that, more months, have been using the same tools to advertise their rooms that the entire community have been using for over a year, these people are being banned for using World Chat just ONCE.

A few things. I have not been banned for using WC because i haven't opened a room in over a week myself but people ALL around me are being banned. 3 DreamGirls, AmyTrubblemaker who is, by far, one of the most influential builders in the 3DX community, DJs who are asking people to come to their gigs, not to mention the DDs and I'm sure others that I am not even aware of.  

And don't you DARE just leave a note saying to read the Game Rules and EULA. When YOU know that the community has been using World Chat to advertise their rooms for years. 

1.) It's completely TONE DEAF and shows that you have NO CLUE how your customers are using YOUR Software and shows you have a complete lack of context in the way you handle the community.
2.) Even if you want to disallow room ads in World Chat, it requires YOU, 3DX to announce this change as you KNOW the entire community has been using this to advertise rooms. It requires communication, ahead of time, before any such draconian measures are enacted. That is IF you want to keep your subscription revenue. 
3.) Cleaning up World Chat is fine but you need to prepare the community for the change, not just institute some automation, unannounced and, in process, ban a whole bunch of false positives. People that are being banned DID ONE World Chat post. JUST ONE. Banned. with NO WARNING. What the hell.
4.) Icing on the cake: Users like TalonQueen/TalonKing/Dreamfall still use world chat to spew racist and bigoted statements attacking the community and 3DX staff DO NOTHING about this user. 
5.) I know that GalaxyXXX or something have been trying to circumvent the timer on world chat by using multiple members to spam their ads around the timer. If so, ban GalaxyXXX but this is WAY TOO FAR in banning people who have been using World Chat legitimately for years. 

If 3DX thinks they can do this and afford to lose the good will of the community that keeps their business going with their paid subscriptions, they are going to be in for a shock.

I have, in the past, paid for hundreds of dollars of gift subscriptions for my friends to continue to play 3DX. No longer. You just lost a big chunk of my revenue, 3DX.

I also got blocked for THIRTY hours for "WC SPAM".
I promoted our room once, then a bunch of people warned me that WC spammers are getting banned. I'm like thanks but I don't spam. I post once every 15 minutes, but decided to play it safe.
Sure enough this morning I'm blocked for 30 hours. For ONE AD!!
Also, one of the DJ's, another content provider for 3dx also had HIS account blocked because he said "Come to the Opal Star" in World Chat.

IF you don't want me promoting my room, That's cool, WHY NOT TELL PEOPLE IN THE GAME NEWS WHEN YOU LOG IN!! WHY NOT PUT SOMETHING IN DISCORD??

IF this is because people in WC got together and started mass reporting SPAM and triggering auto bans... that system is FLAWED as F!@#! Especially when you consider people who spew racism and toxic BS and travel room to room insulting people get a pass?? No. That's messed up. That's BROKEN.

I think people put too much value on a room counts.  Some of the best experiences I've had were in rooms with a low count.  It's when I go to a room with close to a 100 people or more that I get bombarded with cold invites & "hi bb, how r u?"  😣

Well it's usually better to read what people type before replying. The issue is not that they added the feature. The issue is that you use the LEFT mouse button for every profile view... but in the friends list.. it's RIGHT mouse button.  That is very backwards and makes no sense.  That was my only point. Other than that, I enjoy the feature.

We have used LMB to view profiles since the beginning of 3dx. Why would you suddenly change it to use RMB? 

It should be:  LMB = Profile     RMB = PM

Give tha room owners a mute option. They can mute a player so that they cannot add to local chat. As most Trolls crave attention and an audience this would end that. 
An idea is all, ...…..Kick/Ban/Igg they are all options......
Kick from a room could last 24 hrs and should be fo tha offenders entire Account NOT Alt. ( If this feature was ever included )
Ban from a Room...Hmmmmm…. pointless considering tha other two options if they were in place. Banning is tha same as an Igg....Kick from room then Igg. ( Eet could be argued tho that a single option of Ban would do both with one click and be Account wide. )
Theres two sides to this argument that ah see....ive been to events where someone will make eet their mission to ruin eet…...filling tha Local with trash talk and in this instance blocking an entrance to a catwalk as tha Event was a Fashion Show. In this example eet realleh disrupted just a fun event and there was no reason to other than they wanted to cause trubbs.
In this instance a Ban feature would have been welcome to be honest, they were just a nasty person wif an axe to grind fo some reason and Igging them required everyone to do so which isn't practical.
On tha other hand tho, this power could be wielded bah tha number of thin skinned Dram Queens n Kings in this game to Ban peeps fo tiny lil personal infractions they consider worthy of a Ban...……...We all know how this will go...………...if ya don't then climb out from under ya rock 😋
BUT.....should peeps who would use this feature wif wisdom and fairness wif a calm soul be robbed of this feature because tha unbalanced ones would use dis as a control mechanism and cause even more division amongst tha player base.
Personally ah tink tha Devs see tha possible Scenarios and want to avoid this trap, they havnt spoke about eet, offered eet or implemented eet so that says sumting. 
 
Still mah view is a Psych Test fo all who join, eets tha onleh way 🤣
