After taking into consideration others ideas and opinions on the topic... I agree that the personal diaries should be able to be moderated by the user, but the rest of the forums, especially debates and opinionated polls should be moderated by a higher up. If left up to the public anyone who disagreed would be deleted and reported within minutes of a threads open.

I personally do not think moderating our own topics is a good idea. This would suggest that we own topics just because we start them. I don't think we do.  I think the topic belongs to forum and if you post in public, you invite people to comment or post.
 
I also think being able to delete posts could be misused for censoring free speech and peoples opinion... for example "I don't like you disagreeing with me so I will delete your post."  "I don't like the way you said that so.. I'll delete your post"  "I think you are disrespecting me... so I'll delete your post"
 
Whether that person intended to or not could be open to interpretation but if the deleted person felt wrongly accused, another topic is born where "he said, she said," and drama is across two topics trying to out do each other.
 
Another example could be a person opens a topic and making accusations about another.. named or not.. maybe for room stealing... but the accused person is innocent and feels they have a right to respond, explain and defend themselves.  What then when the OP deletes that persons redress?
A one sided point of view, where any opposition is quickly quashed, but people reading may believe the view they are reading.
 
What if someone starts a campaign to remove someone from Forum for a personal dislike? They start a topic and any opposition to the campaign, no matter how sensible and reasoned.... is removed?
 
What about topics that are started by someone, say a pics topic, that are highly successful and the OP leaves for whatever reason and decides to not only delete their account but also all their topics and as a consequence,  other members lose all their favourite pics?
 
There has been nastiness here and its a disgrace, but I think own topic moderating will be handing an extra tool to the offenders.
 
Moderating should be done by 3DXChat or people they choose to be Moderators.
Those Moderators should be respected, rules made by 3DXChat abided by and those that don't should be banned temporary or permanently depending on the "offence"
 
We can report offenders of the law and rules and 3DXChat  should then hopefully respond in a timely manner.
They just happen to be lacking Moderators right now but when new ones are installed, I'm sure things wont be as bad as the last few weeks.

Yeah. I dislike the idea of self-moderation.
If anything, you'll have more angry people and more posting cross-threads like we just had.
 
User A posts something, User B replies with something User A doesn't like, they delete it.User B then creates their own post, reposting what User A didn't like. User A replies, User B deletes User A's reply out of spite. User A, OF COURSE, goes back to their own post and talks about how horrible User B is.
 
Now the censorship has backfired, both parties have been censored (but both posts remain, so nothing has been censored) and both are unhappy.
 
The real problem is just that people are too sensitive and they don't understand what a discussion is. Giving them censorship tools won't make any of that better, you'll just have a bunch of little speech-Nazis.

The funny thing - it's not even obligatory to pretend to be a child during ageplay. Young student and old professor - ageplay too, even if both participants 18+ and even their RP characters age can be 18+. But I guess it's still bannable just because devs don't like it, lol. Kind of stupid, if you ask me. I even would say stupid as fuck. But I guess there is nothing to do here.

Simple leather collar. Spiked one looks too aggressive. Full metal - too heavy for everyday use. Something simple. And also options with some dirty names on it would be nice too.

Reading between the lines of Gizmo’s post in the Upcoming Updates 2019 thread I think we see a commitment to the future of the forum. His work in cleaning up thee forum this morning shows that he is interested is what happens here.

She broke no rules. The only way you could interpret that is because the rules are so vague and poorly worded. Therefor it's subjective that she broke the ToS. And it's objective that the ToS is so poorly worded and intentionally vague and basically allows them to do whatever they feel like at the time.

Yes, but why not close this thread then? Why giving people hope that they will be heard? But actually they take suggestions, you said it by yourself, and I agree that they do, so I don't quite understand why you writing it here that it's not their work and all - I mean - if they don't want to take suggestions - then fuck this thread, no? But they are actually taking so I don't understand why are we even talking here about devs listening/not listening to suggestions. Although I need to say it's not a good thing - straightly questioning people if they want something, pose editor for example, and then just give not a single word about it. If it take a long time they can at least say like - "WIP guys, will be later, don't know how much time it will take" but now we don't even know - are they working on pose editor or no. It's not lack of listening to users, but it's lack of communication from their side - and it's not a good thing. Remember that time when servers were offline for almost a week not so long ago with no communication from them? Do you think it's okay? Well, I don't think so. 
 
Social connections is not the only reason. 3dxchat also have a very good graphics (compared to similar games, ofc I am not comparing it with some 2018 AAA single-player lol), both social and sex aspect (for example I know some other game where sex is a lot better, but social side is so poor so it's unaccaptable if you want something more than just to get some sexual relief) while many other games have only sex/only social. And also there is girls with dicks which is valuable for many people too. And p2p system, when you just get all content for your money, not every cloth and pose separately. Btw, that's why I think that market system can ruin this game, cause ALL content for all people is one of the key features of this game, at least for me and some people I know.   
 
But you are the part of the problem, one of the reasons why this topic now is so far from the original subject. Maybe before asking to return topic go back to OP you should stop your silly copy-pasting? You really think that if you will spam with this in all places - people will listen to you more? More likely that they will just ignore your messages to not read walls of copy-pasted text. 

I have never seen that message when my membership expired, so I doubt that is the reason. Going to assume the term blocked means suspended, maybe she broke one of their rules.

I really don't see the point in having this poll... it only adds another round of throwing mud and durt while launching another hate campaign !

Well it is much more easy to manipulate the html of a page before screenshot... you can never proof this. Well maybe it was wrong to tell this here,  but I like to have all facts on the table.

Lol and how do you think it's possible to do? Delete 2 of 3 characters (each of which can have own friends) on old accounts? Well, the good thing is - 99.9% that Gizmo will not listen to such a great proposal. And remind me please, why people who like RP or just want to have different avatars with different appearacnce should suffer because of your insecurities about some of your "friends" troll you with alt or you beloved one will fuck around on the alt?
