Riela got a reaction from ☙𝔼𝕩❧ in Censorship of forums
I can't type too much because rl company today but.. I am going to point out when any game or service change rules they let it know.

Paypal always sent email when they change EULA.
Blizzard games such as D3 or WoW when they change anything in rules you have to press agree with new rules.

I will tell you right away, the support page is horrible lots of people saying they never got reply, if you noticed in technical rochi or me or skar or anyone else made big response on how to fix problem when gizmo only said write ticket. So why even have technical support forum and then ofc they do not reply so what's the point.

While you can sent feedback in PM publicly you can get more people to like or join or just simply read it and made their own mind about it, simply how many people you ever heard of sending feedback in email, except for beta tests I have not heard of such things and any game I look up on the internet have public forum and forum devoted to feedback.

Another argument was the topic turned to flame, which is in fact lie, since gizmo reply there was no hating on each other, there was just discussion about his reply and other posts related to it. So there was no reason to delete it except to hide it from public. Which in fact any company should be ashamed of doing.

Another was that I was negative, I am sorry I pointed just hard facts such as false marketing advertisement which is illegal in many countries and then the reply to gizmo post was totally constructive and right to the point with reasons why it is bad and also few suggestion that would just make quality of life improvements in whole game without them spending single hour on it.
Sorry I am not one of people that are going to praise developers for nothing. When good thing such as group chat happen I said good work devs I reported any bug related to it and well they were quite few with it but it was okay.

The new rule, about the censorship happened after dev saw my topic, that should hit some red marks I think followed by deletion so one else is able to see or participate at all.

If I wanted to be negative I would point to the bug topic list I made year ago, to this day not even half of those bugs are fixed... but the topic contains work arounds  to most of them.
I did asked about it to be stickied as it would save lots of post in technical, did it happen? ofcourse not. But others silly topics got stickied for no reason. Again likely just to hide negative ...

Well, being impatient, complaining and criticising is also a choice. And I can clearly see what kind of emotions making people take such a choice considering how long we did not have any new stuff. New players not used to it, old player don't want it to be like in first half of 2019 again with updates once in 3-6 months. Or maybe before was times even worse.
Which of course does not mean that it's a best way to act. I am not the one to judge what is right or wrong, just saying that such a behavior is pretty understandable.

Gizzie... a while ago you gave teases about upcoming updates... and gave no extra info except those simple vague lines... and after, promised that the big updater will be within a month... that was on the 21st of January.
I am not asking where is the update, or complaining that it's not here or any of that.
but can you just give us some more information about what it is ?
even if the plans got canceled, would be cool if you let us know.
    Thanks

    @Lexxxxi
    What a bullshit lol.
You made some idiotic theory that divides all people in 2 categories just because it's easier this way for you, not because it has anything to do with reality.
I actually was craving new updates less when I just started than now, when I am already two years in, because when I just started the whole sex/social game experience was a new and exciting thing for me and it was great as it is. I know people who here for less than half-year and don't care much about updates. I know people who here for several years and crave more new stuff. Take for example Alivia. I don't know her personally outside of forum, but she is here for more than 3 years, right? Maybe even 4, I am not sure. But definitely not a new player. Yet she is very much for new stuff. Your theory is complete bs.
Yeah, old players maybe complain less in general. But it's not about not wanting updates. It's just because old players simply learned that complaining does not really work here. You may complain all you want, but sadly its not going to change anything.
I would very much enjoy if last update would not be just a few minor bug fixes and would for example also add piercings, nipple colors, new lingerie, etc etc etc. I could write some angry post about it. Talk some shit. But would it make things any better? Not at all.

So basically the aspect of the game that was revolving around good will, no profit involved, sharing and collaborating for the sake of fun is on it's way to get buried.
Hard to see a future where a good builder and a good host can collaborate on a room where each do what they are good at now, unless they have to iron out a way to share royalties.
A lot of builders like to share their stuff cause sharing has fun aspect to it, I think it's gonna be harder now to share things for free when others can use it to profit.
Not to mention the side effects:
-Soon finding local chat getting bombed by "if you like the room please donate" or people using the promised room moderating tool to extort donation else you get kicked.
-Room bumping wars are gonna get hotter than ever, since if you can profit from it sure as hell you gonna want to spam the fuck out of the bump button to keep your room on top.
you can say a lot of that is gonna be moderated and people wont be allowed to spam local with ads for donation and you gonna ban hosts, but yeah what good will that bring?
People can defend it all they want... and try to make logic and reason for it all they want... but adding this option is gonna affect the landscape of the game badly... if some can't see it now, you will see it soon.

hopefully this idea gets axed soon while it's still "experimental"

And correct me if I am wrong, but that's majority of female avis and always have been, especially Futas or whatever you want to call it since everyone got different label.
The "Real" TG or whatever label you want to use to identify is such minority in RL that any survey in US or EU I can find comes somewhere between 0.3% to 0.6% which well... can damn be a rounding error and I very much doubt that 70% of female avis or more avis in 3DX are TG in real, but then according to profiles they are. 😆
Since it's more safe environment I do agree there can be more, but not majority more as it's currently in 3DXchat.

I don't get how can ppl be offended if you are a real girl and having there a "cock toggle" not like you have to ever use it. The only situation where cock gets put on automatically is - if you without any RP jump straight into sex where you are on TOP in penetration pose with another female and then you have to change to strap in M/F pairing this also got a special tab (ie bisexual) so it never occurs. Putting it on by accident is also really damn hard as the toggle is on far end of UI.
I play 3DXchat since 2014 and I literally do not understand how can it be problem "every day". I would like to see your 3DXchat play to see how you trip over cock option daily.
If TG was writing this - that they have to put cock on every day, okay I would understood a little as pussy is a default choice and there is only one scenario where you get put on cock automatically.
    --------
So while I am up for adding some improvements on the system as a choice of it being a "wearable" perhaps in inventory or whatever else. I do think there are more important things that need focus on and needed for long time, especially now with the server stability. There are bugs I encounter for years, there were bugs that took years to fix and I think there are a lot more important things to fix or add first than reworking the whole avatar system cause few special snowflakes. Profiles are there for a reason and this topic was beaten to death years ago already.
The cock toggle was most likely added there due to technical reasons as it simply was an easy fix versus reworking the system to include third gender.
I was really vocal from 2014 - 2017 here and had some (by now deleted topics) where we persuaded devs to add more F/F or pure F/F poses.  Long ago it was so barren that FM had over idk 60 poses while FF or MM had 15 and perhaps 5. Lot's of things changed for better and still does. IF they would include or spent half year reworking gender system or how long it would take, it would open new can of worms with poses.  What if you are TG but don't want cock? What if you are TG but suddenly you don't have access to some pure F/F poses? What if you are Woman and suddenly half of the strap / cock poses got removed because devs thought girls would never use those?

I also remember that long ass time ago there was just a cock, it was rigid as fuck, there was no strap or anything you just had to deal with it in those total of 3 poses you had compared to today.

What absolute nonsense. I mean really, just nonsense.
First, "for an elder on the game"... honestly. Get over yourself. My $20 a month is exactly the same amount as yours.
People get angry, and yes, it's a game, but the major point, which you swept aside as if it doesn't matter, is that we PAY to play this game, and with that payment comes an expectation that it will work properly when we want to play it. Defending developers who just a few weeks ago had the same "We're under DDOS attack!" excuse as they do this weekend is frankly the most ridiculous thing I think I could possibly have read - but it's fairly common.
People who rely on a game for social connections and support will defend all of the bad behaviours of the developers, and help make excuses for them, when they simply aren't doing the job they should be.
DDOS mitigation was discussed at some length just a few weeks ago, and none appears to have been implemented if it's happening again so quickly.
I frankly don't believe the "DDOS Attack" excuse, and I'm frankly glad I unsubscribed when I did.
And to those who defend this game and the devs when things like this happen (especially with the frequency it appears to, given the threads on this forum), you need to read up on "Stockholm Syndrome".
    Feh! "As an elder..." GTFO.

Weird question, but from what I've seen this topic mainly focuses on the whole futa part, right? When we're talking about transgenders, aren't there women who transition to a man? If that's the case then we shouldn't just have the "transgender" gender option be a female model with a penis, right? This would add a whole new load of work to the devs, won't it? Now you'd suddenly have to create the male model with a vagina too.
I personally have 0 issues with the whole strap-on section, just don't use it if you don't want to. I've also seen people mention that it's frustrating to suddenly be in a position where one of the two is forced to have a penis, don't use those poses? It's genuinly confusing to me that people are argueing here about a topic like this. The question was "Transgender option, yes or no" and suddenly everyone's talking about removing the strap-on section, putting it inside the character editor, argueing over poses that force one to have a penis, do all topics go like that?
My opinion might be slightly warped because I don't mind using a penis in game even though I'm a girl. I love fantasy rp so nothing's out of the ordinary for me. It is however, totally understandable that some might be disturbed by this. But won't this be a one time thing? You've seen said pose once, now you know it forces one to have a penis so don't use it anymore. I also saw someone mention that they were disturbed when a girl suddenly has a penis... 9/10 times it's written in their bio, reading isn't hard 😕

As someone who been here longer than most of you (6 years) you are wrong on numbers. Where did you pulled out a 9$ each month, from the Corona sale?
As long as I remember the game at least in Europe is priced at around 20 to 27 Euro per month  depending on country (due to tax) that roughly translates to 23 - 30 $.
I understand at the moment there is heaviest sale there ever been on the game lasting past 2 months which is basically result of Corona and their initiative to fit with big companies who all offered some discounts or bonuses in online games.
There is also a heavy sale each year from around mid December to mid January for a year of subscription.  There was no other sale as far as I am aware.
Majority of new players are not joining during a month over Christmas, not to mention a new player tries a game for a month and not buying a year asap to get discount. As well I know tons of older people who still pay by a month. So majority is still likely on a month sub which is around 20$ before Corona. This is also standard in most online games. Most people pay by month to try then leave, new join etc etc. People paying for year are usually a minority as it's sum of money most aren't willing to pay upfront.
They do not need a manager to communicate. They are small company with very few members and communicating issues can be done easily. I insist you look at 2 indie games - Rimworld and Stardew Valley. While it's true these games made millions, Stardew is done by single person and he keeps responding on twitter, on reddit and so on.
So no it's not hard to communicate. They refused to, In fact you should be happy they are giving you any info at all because from around 2016 to end of 2019 there was basically a radio silence with update once every 3 to 9 months. I seen a lot. For example their stance for user content, in past it took them months to communicate if we send them some poses, collars and so on and they still refused to add things to game regardless of quality. So the development over past several months changed a lot. From discord introduction to monthly, sometimes even weekly updates. Back then many speculated they only do this as a side job.
You can speculate how much they make from game all you want, you don't know size of their staff, they only ever posted something several years ago a single picture about their staff. servers are cheap as f these days. You don't know where they live (pressumably somewhere in russia) where the living standard is much lower than US or Western EU meaning for same cash you can buy a lot more. Not even mentioning gold. Gold wasn't always free and during first 2 to 3 years you had to buy it and many did. Not to mention we know there are several people with 4 to 8k gifts, they aren't getting that from daily flow.
As for them not doing anything you can obviously seen they are trying some (pretty desperate if you ask me) measures for example the last patch introduced 2 things - User room update limit and Friends online status limit (both once per 10 seconds, instead of instantly) to lighten the load on the server.
Most likely the server finally crapped due to spaghetti code they have or awful hardware or both. It's very likely they were / are waiting for corona pandemic to end so the load on the server lightens up as people go back to work and streets but as the corona outbreak is still happening even coming back up here in west it didn't worked out so well . Seems like enough players stayed over and server finally crapped out.

Your numbers worth virtually nothing. It's nothing more than a guess, you have no real statistics and probably no one here has it aside of devs.
You have no idea about percentage of players paying yearly/monthly, about percentage of players using Christmas offer, about percentage of new/old players. It can be 6$/month in average or 12 $/month average or anything else.
About online numbers – you can only count the number of players in open rooms. Btw, before the DDoS attack, when corona sale were already in effect – I once counted the amount of people including ALL open rooms and it was somewhere between 1000 and 1500. It was on Saturday or Friday evening but still. And it was only open rooms. Many people play this game only couple evening per week. Some having second accounts. You can't know how much active account the game really have. I think it's something about 10.000, but again – this number also worth nothing, I don't have any actual statistics. Just as you are. It's all are worthless speculations.

It's very sad that the forums are regulated so poorly as the ban implementations here are so easy to work around. Once every year or two some fool always shows up who gets banned 5 + times before they get bored and move onto another platform.

To the second part -> Competitors have more to lose than to gain, company usually acts in good of shareholders so not 1 person.

To your first part -> DDoS is punishable by law in about every modern country. Random google search shows 10 to 30 years in prison + penalties upwards to 250 000 $ obviously It's case by case and I am no lawyer just good old google jutsu.
To the second part -> Competitors have more to lose than to gain, company usually acts in good of shareholders so not 1 person.
This is either some troll, some hacker group flexing or someone trying to blackmail for whatever reason.

    Because magic and fairy dust.
Playstation network was DDoSed for several days to weeks couple of years ago.. well in the era of PS3.
Blizzard battle.net went down for a weekend twice in row this year due to DDoS and that wasn't first time in their history.
Am sure there were many more attacks on different companies, I do remember BBC(not the 3DX kind) few years ago.
You can use google to find out more, I doubt our mighty overlords Gizmo and Lisa can prevent DDoS if big companies like these can't. Obviously there are security tools and measures that can and I am sure are implemented all over networks. But even that might not be enough in some persistent cases. So ignore opinion of the armchair administrators that it can be solved in seconds.
I have my opinions about developers but in this case not much they can do.

Mhm, sure. Very fancy read, looks more like copy pasted from some random article and not something from your brain. Oh here I found it https://www.myrasecurity.com/en/what-is-a-ddos-attack/  . Next time, talk about something you understand instead trying to look smart and pasting some random article.
Tell me if it took Blizzard / PSN / Other major multi - billion companies days to week to solve. Why you think about small indie dev team with less members than you have fingers on hand can solve or prevent this?
As far as I know no protection is perfect, and you don't have enough knowledge to know if they have protection or not. Not to mention we don't know their infrastructure or if they can even afford protection if there's not one in place.
I do remember when there was last DDoS on WoW around time the last expansion released. There were issues and downtime for several hours each day or perhaps even full downtime for day or two in row. There was police and brightest of engineers working on that attack to solve it as thousands were cut from their services and yet they couldn't restore it fully for days.
IF a company worth 20$ billion ain't capable of resolving DDoS in a day. What makes you think 3DX can?
