Now we had doctors evaluating cases and man the way those pics circulated among the group..."Look at those nipples". With that experience, I will not ever send my photo to anyone for validation. Eff that. You have my credit card details, address, ect. Anyway, if I am comfortable with a person, I will share my pics with them but not until I am comfortable enough. It could be a random snapchat type photo in real time. I have not trusted but a very, very, very select few with this and I have known them for as long as I have been here and it has only been recent. I will say that, if a woman has given you pics and voice then she trusts you enough to even share that much. In a game like this where you are exposed to all types it is wise to keep parts of your life private. And the worst part is when if a person starts sharing parts of themselves, the person still needs more. I mean to what end? Let's fuck on video so that I know you are a real woman. In the meantime, you are recording it and she looks like a fool on camera while you host a site for this. I am not saying you personally but these are the things we have to think about. It works both ways. She could convince you to jack off on camera and then try to make it go viral which is a huge invasion of your privacy and the trust between the two of you. All hypothetical, just examples. As Skar has pointed out, it is easy to have a photo with a name tag, and really that does not alleviate the problem, does it? There will always be more needed. You hear her, she sounds like a woman but it must be a voice alter. You see her, google images cannot find her but it is fake. So on and so on. At the end of the day, the only real validation to some, is face to face or video. If this is a deal breaker for you, not having 100% validation, on to the, on on on to the next one. Maybe there will be a bond where she can share with you who she is. I know it is possible and has happened but everyone needs to be careful with sharing information in such a big space. it is just simply not safe, always. I didn't want to mention this but, when in-game mods were removed, it divided the community, the ones in favor, and the ones against. Colored names associated with "power" (for lack of a better word). It is a complete different situation you are talking about, but this color coding you are mentionning will only create another rift in the community. The haves and the haves not... or in this case the Reals and the Fakes in people's minds, which might even create more closed up groups. Hate, suspicions, envy from one side to another. Color differenciation will only have a bad influence on the game as a whole in my opinion. People said it already before me but, when you are close enough to someone, this validation has to happen inbetween the two people involved with mutual consent. However I don't think posting info about yourself on public is beneficial in any way, and in long run it CAN cause way too much hurt and pain. And to be honest, just look at reply devs gave me in my update topic.Do you trust them? Do you trust them about direction if this game? I don't think they even have future plan for this game. I would not trust them with anything.Who knows, So many companies now sells personal data without your knowledge, I don't trust amateur porn company with my data and certainly not this one. Adding ID proof would certainly help with something I am against and that's multiple accounts however its at the cost of your privacy and privacy is something only people you know for long time should have access to.O fcourse google have all data, facebook have all data and so on. But that doesn't mean everyone should have them. People should protect their privacy and not willingly give it away. I been here 14 months, In that time my trust in devs faded, When most people here tell you no matter how much you going to complain, beg, plead, give feedback do stuff for community or help others here things are not going to change. When you ask older players about this game 99% says same, don't expect updates everyone is here for friends mostly. Community is what keeps this place afloat, not a development which is huge shame. Devs been asked to talk with community for ages. They do not care. They do not listen.Should you share your ID / photo, your address, credit card with people like this? I know that I am not going to. I doubt any of my friends will be foolish enough to do so. In fact anyone who would give all personal information to non professional company like this ... is simply moron in my book. Its taken time and effort to build up trust with them and vice versa. While its fun to meet new and random people, its probably best to continue playing the safe way. I'm gonna continue being the player I am and having my fun, but sometimes it just sucks when the other person I meet has different intentions. Things change ofc when one of the two doesnt regard as fantasy anymore. So...I understand the desire for some verification. But as I read this thread one obvious downside hasn't been mentioned yet: it would probably kill the game entirely. We don't know how many 'real' and 'fake' women there are, but probably more 'fake' then 'real'. For arguments sake let's suppose about 25% of the women are actually controlled by a female. Now suppose somehow everyone would see what is what....Those 25% would probably be harassed so much they would have a hard time enjoying the game at all. And for the guys it would not improve the experience either. As long as we don't know, we can enjoy the fantasy, which we must never forget it is. As you meet someone you feel you are getting closer to, then there are easy ways to verify the actual gender of the person you are chatting with, without too much violation of privacy. It is a delusion to think that a character can be in any way the same as the person, however much the player tries. But to understand how hypocritical this sex verification idea is think of the following question: If I am 60 years old playing as a 19 year old girl is OK as long as I am female...but it not OK if I am a 21 year old boy? If you cannot enjoy yourself without being haunted by what ifs then maybe you should do some soul searching. Are you here looking for RL love beyond the community? Afraid after you fall in 'love' you will have an identity shattering moment? As was stated a few times here (forums), Sending your pics out only invites disaster. Stalkers, ridicule, heartache from long distance relationships. No thank you even to Devs, why? Because people that are so concerned won't be satisfied with a unseen verification. Funny thing happened as i continued playing, I stopped being so paranoid and just had a good time in game. if you are really opposed to who or what is behind an avi.... Dont stick your dick in anything that moves. Nothing in the rulebook that says you cant be selective in sexual partners. I come here for companionship, love, fun, and everything 3dx has to offer. I have been around long enough to experience it all and have clicked the exit button when I've had enough, to go back to my real life that I truly value and enjoy every day. You only made good sense in the second half of your reply, and thank you for that. All I asked was for your feedback and opinions, not an evaluation or advice on how I should play the game.
