Well internet is notorious for catfishing and people being disingenuous about who they really are, part probably out of fear from being rejected among things. For dating aps sometimes it about how they look, how old they really are, what they weight or in some cases about careers. List goes on, just wonder if this isn't going down some rabbit hole because where does the transparency end then, are people then allowed to know how to you look, you're social status etc. Some could claim things as establishing some in game marriage only to release person is married or in a relationship, could be as much damaging to them as other things like being disingenuous or secretive about stuff like gender. Young person dating someone they think is 20 here that turn out to maybe be 60 years old. Some may be wanting to explore fantasies here and find out people they do it with lie about other things, could be being black or having large penis. 
My question is to what point should transparency be considered and what cases should not, also is it companies responsibility to handle this if they're being very transparent about people being able be whatever type of user they want to be here, long as they're following the rules in place. I just think this will either be a rabbit hole, where one demand will follow another until were at point where transparency is becoming invasive.
Think having option for transparency is fine, but wonder how many will actually wish to use it, but also how much development type would go into that as someone above mentioned, also would it be followed by additional demands of transparency. Like I said above may start with gender verification, but then some who feel they're being hurt may ask to know person genuine age, race or maybe in some cases relationship status or cocksize too.

I would not really call it a "solution".
I mean its basically like saying to people who care about RL gender of their partner something like "Just stop caring about it!". It does not work like this.
Not saying I am supporting gender validation though, I think it will be hard, potentially pricy and can bring new problems instead of old ones. 
 

The issue with such a feature is, that soon you will have the "either you verify yourself or we riot you" mentality in the community.
That happend with Pandora as well couple of years ago. I experienced first hand, what it means to get hunted by fake hunters, because of this mentality.
I personally are highly against this. Its not that I wouldnt verify myself. I would do it. But there are many others who just dont want it, for whatever reason.
And those people will get be discriminated and excluded because of this mentality.
This is a game, and if you want to get into real relationships, you can use discord, cam or whatever to confirm it all and verify. But some other use this game for escaping reality. I know many guys and also girls, who play the other sex just because out of fun. They dont want to harm anyone, just enjoying time. And if people get to close to them, they tell what sex they are.
I am aware, that there are many idiots causing harm with stuff like this. My advice here would be: Dont trust directly anyone and most importantly, dont let people into your RL fast. Usually trolls lose their interest after 1 or 2 months. There are exceptions and some last a bit longer, but usually 1 or 2 months, in my experience.
Those are just my 10 cents... yea... inflation did hit me critical...

Such a feature sure can improve the quality of game-experience for some part of community for who its really important, but there are some big issues with it also...
I am not sure how exactly you view the process of gender verification, but I tried for a bit one other sex-game with such a feature - and there to get gender verified, person should have send a pic of their face with them holding a piece paper with a name of the game and automatically generated code. Which is... Very sensitive kind of data. If such kind of date would be leaked - 3dxchat's reputation would be ruined beyond repair. Such kind of data requires a good security and on top of it - Devs can't just hire some person on outsource to work with these data. They would need either work with it themselves which would a decrease development speed of the game (and it DOES require some work, you can't just give verification to anyone who send the pic, you need to actually do some research and be able to detect montage) or hire a person who will do it, who can they reach and sue physically if something goes wrong. They also would require to make a legal documents to protect them and to make a right contract with said person.
What I am trying to say here - it would require great amount of money and work. And here we are getting to the question "Is it worth it?" Well, for the part of community for who RL gender is very important and who has no trust in others - maybe it is. But what about everyone else? Would others be happy with devs allocating so much resources to it? I personally would not. 
On top of it, such kind of feature would put additional pressure on every female in game who is not comfortable with sending her real pic to 3dxchat. And feeling not comfortable enough with it is kinda... pretty understandable, no? And I am pretty sure that some part of community, especially people with biggest trust-issues, would end up with a position like "you're fake if you're not verified".

Well, similar names could also carry a unique numerical code allowed to be seen by the players, like a document... so each one could be diferenced that way.

People that has mental issues like the one you say are everywhere. Just block and iggy them.
Sucks that you can't have the name you want just because of some creepy stalker. screw them.

"Some" of free to play games do clean. Right. Some horrible, old, silly games that so close to be a bankrupt.
I`d like to save my name. 1 year or 5 years in "not active" status or anything else. People can come back. I haven't been here for 3 years and came back in 2018. And I am not going to watch zeroed account, gifts and anyone uses my name lol That`s silly in my opinion.

Well I lost my name in that SWTOR mmo thing (not sure if it is: "free to play game. Horrible, old, silly game that so closes to be a bankrupt" well I am sure it is still alive and making more money than the most of us!) it was annoying, but at least I hope the other person enjoyed using it.
In my opinion, It it selfish keeping an un-used name, sometimes forever. You can always be XXXX2 keeping the friend list and so on, like when someone changes the name. ¿If someone wanted to keep the name could pay once per year for it, check the status of the game and so on?
Anyway I can see the issues about the cleaning names thing, I am not blind! And they have much more important stuff to do (for instance, adding more options for the names 😋 ) so I think it won't ever happen hehe.

I read on some profiles.... returning after a couple of years away... So I tend to agree with Pandorra and MeiLing on reserving the name.
I also agree on having more allowed characters but only basic characters (spaces, dashes, underlines, dots, maybe also #, =, *, +) ooohhhh without insane monthly subscription! 😉

Well, considering some peps came back after even more than a year's break, I don't think it is a good option. In a way they did pay for their names by subscription, so this would cause more problems, than it would help to solve.
Giving more characters for names would be nice though, expecially space, minus and underline.
Or just not care about doublettes anymore. I mean, how many Susans do we all know?

What can I say...
1. LOVE new clothes customization system. Hope soon it will be expanded towards more old clothes. Its so much better than the system we have now on live server. Great work. 
2. New lips / lipstick customization pretty good. New rouge and eye liner not bad either. Nice addition.
3. New clothes and poses are very nice too. Love leotards. 
Now to the bad (at least from my point of view) stuff.
1. Handbags and other stuff you having in your hand. Its kinda useless, you can't take it off when you are in the room (like other accessories) and they are not even automatically taken off when you have sex - so you kinda fuck with a purse in hand lol. It needs to be addressed somehow.
2. Colorful names and other cute stuff. It looks nice... BUT. Its SUCH a money drain that its getting ridiculous. A simple change of color of your name for ONE MONTH costs 10k xgold. If you want animated color... it will cost 30k per month. Want to add some symbol on top of your name, for example a cute heart? 10k per month on top of it. Want to add another one? 20k Per month. For example if you want a colorful name (simple color) and one symbol on top of your name - its already 20k per one month. Want animated name and 3 symbols on top? Okay its 30K + 10K + 20K + 40K (each symbol costs more and more) = 100k xgold per month. PER MONTH. Just in case someone forgot - 50k xgold costs 50$. So do your calculations. If you ask me - the pricing is just ridiculously high. 
 
In general I like new update a lot, but probably not going to use name customization on a live server, it just does not worth it. Pricing is insane.

Yeah, I've found this to be an issue in the live game, constantly. 
 
Good news:  In the beta, there are descriptors for each pose with multiple partners, so this will be a largely moot issue come release.
 
Bad news:  In the beta, there are no descriptors for poses with only one partner, or solo poses.  Gizmo, can we please add descriptors for *all* poses instead of just some?

The main problem here is you do not get a choice as a 3-some, so no chance to decline. The poor guys we spit-roast find this out the hard way. 😂
The entire pose menu system needs binning and remaking.

My view has always been that the copyright issue is slightly overblown. But if it is the reason behind not implementing certain features, maybe the way forward is to create some kind of legal framework where the player assumes legal responsibility for design content and the platform/game itself is absolved.
