No one said I was fighting against prostitution.  As long as there is sex there is going to be prostitution.  Is everyone so small/closed minded they cannot see the point we are trying to make? The point was about LEGALITIES the GAME may need to face.  AND how the rules of THE GAME say "No Illegal Activities"

That sucks that usa still didn`t legalize it. If it`s legal it comes with decreasing violence against sex workers, while workers’ quality of life improving. Occupational health and safety laws protect sex workers. And the ability to screen clients and take credit card numbers has reduced violence. And many many things.

There is a difference between real prostitution and not real prostitution. Court practice in California and the United States shows that virtual prostitution is not prohibited in games. The biggest example - GTA 5. Technically, prostitution is a paid sex. Technically, 3dxchat players doesn`t have an option to withdraw money from the game and it`s enough.

Alright, users have the report button against rulebreakers. Back to the subject which is about gold transfer between players that actually is pretty okay and was offering by devs some time ago.

First of all, I am not so sure where do you get it, that it's prohibitted to participate in any activities in 3dxchat, doing which ones could be illegal in real life. I read EULA and found some paragraphs close to the subject but nothing that would directly prohibit participating in any activities, doing which ones in real life would be considered illegal. We have this:

Does it really mean that someone can't participate in anything, doing which in real life would be illegal? Because I don't see it there. It says about actions and statements that violates law, not about doing things in game, that could be considered illegal if they would be done irl. Is it any law in California that prohibits roleplaying as a prostitute in online game, taking this game's currency as a pay for it? It's not the same as a prostitution. Prostitution assumes having sex and getting some real valuables for it, no? I doubt California have a law against RPing as a prostitute.

We also have these paragraphs, but it's about discussing or linking to illegal activities and I believe that it's not about RPing such a themes but about talking about doing this stuff in real life or giving a links on websites about it. Why I believe so? Well, because we already have dozens if not hundreds of girls RPing as an escort, clearly stating in their profile that they are doing it, not even trying to hide (I don't say that they should!), either providing information about how much gifts you should provide for a quickie or long fuck with them or inviting potentional customer to ask about their rates. And I don't see them getting banned (I don't say that they should be!). Some of them playing for years. Hell, we even have a brothels. Is it legal to open a brothel in California? What will change if instead of gifts they will get xgold, not from the perspective of affecting the amount of them and the atmosphere of the game, but from the legal perspective? They still will not actually have sex, they will just play in a sex-themed game. They still will not actually get any money, instead of gifts they will just get game currency that could not be exchanged for a real money, legally and through the game at least.

The question is – how big is a part of community who are so disgusted by prostitution, that even seeing that some people are making prostitution themed play in online sex game is enough to make them feel bad? The worst thing ANY government can do to its citizens, short of killing them or silencing them (imprisonment) is to make laws against morals.

Anyway, I stand by my previous post of it is a game, it is ridiculous to even attempt to make prostitution illegal here. AND for those who are so outraged that there may be prostitution for IN GAME( has NO value outside of the game) currency, most of you are gamers. Are we to believe that when you play any other video you obey your nation's laws? So, if you break laws in other games, how can you sit in judgement of people breaking prostitution laws in this game?

My point has nothing to do with legal actions.  My point was with game having permission to operate and not be blocked in certain countries.  My point was that the Game could lose approval by the COUNTRY. Not with police.

You think I am sitting in judgement of someone?  Who exactly?  I am pointing out difficulties the game may encounter as a result. I am aware that the legal tender has no value outside the game at this time.  But it is legal tender inside the game that is purchased with rl tender.  So it all depends on how certain countries will consider it.

Not because of the numbers of years. Because I saw how it was going many times at many places. There are few ways to get xGold and buying gold is just one of them. While users have not only purchase, here will not be any real paid sex. Technically.
