This would be a bad idea in my opinion. You would end up with lots of empty rooms open 24/7 and people spread too thinly amongst the rooms. At the moment there are approximately 10-15 rooms open that have 10+ people in them at any one time.
Giving people the option to spread themselves over more rooms would kill the social aspect of this game as it did in RLC when everyone had their own club open 24/7. The only people in the vast number of clubs was the owner and possibly one friend to keep them company. Almost everywhere became a ghost town.
Be careful what you wish for.

Hello everyone and developers,
It has probably been asked already, but as a relatively new player I found an interesting omission from the 3DXChat editor. What I think would be a welcome addition is the ability to place "dummy avatars" in the editor space for reference. There are many equipment (mainly sex devices and furniture) that could be tailor made for male/female avatars and different poses much easier if we could add dummies while we edit the objects. That way it would be possible to accurately move, resize and rotate the small pieces so that they look perfect on/around avatars.
These dummies could come in both male and female variants and it would be great if we could arrange them into all poses and animations the game has to offer. Right now it's extremely cumbersome to create custom-made objects (think of the different BDSM constructions, for example). If the editor offered this functionality then more players could come up with ideas and create them into real objects.

Since Saloon, Fresco, 3DX Club are all dead places, why not make one or three into a "Property of the Day" open for 24 hours regardless of user being online the entire time?
Since we can guess Gizmo or staff wouldn't want to add and change places everyday, there would need to be some way to upload the world file along with a fair system where those wanting to post their property had a chance , but would go back into a queue at the back of the line of others who hadn't  yet so no one person can abuse the feature?
If it's a bit of work for Gizmo to create the coding for, then why not an Xgold host charge to make it worth his while? Not sure of what amount to charge, but it can't be too little there is a easy reason to try and abuse it, but not too much no one wants to pay it.
The dead 3DX places could be better repurposed.
