Well, it seems we are facing a strange issue, with a referral program that clearly doesn't work, and a support team who says everything is ok. So let me be clear : You give us a link to send to our contacts. I sent the link to someone. But the link just goes to the main 3dx page. Yes, there is written "10 % discount + 10 000 xgolds" but when you goes on the paiement form, there's no 10 % discount at all. Just the normal prize. But the support team says it's working. No, it doesn't. Just no. That's not the truth. We can see it's not working. That's all. And no I don't think you checked it. You just tell me it's working so I will leave you alone. OK. It's a strange way to treat a customer that is trying to make somebody else discover the game with the referral program you claim to propose.

I had an answer from the 3dx support, and I thank them very much. But it's kind of absurd : they tell me the referral program still work... and that I have to contact BMT. Well. It's a little strange. I don't see why I should contact BMT to ask for a 10 % discount. If the program would work, BMT would offer this discount. If they don't, it means they just don't have the information. If the link given by 3DX has no effect on the price of the suscription, I guess it won't have any effect either on the 10 000 golds and the month of suscription that we are supposed to get. i'm sorry, but things should be simpler than that. In any case, I'm not the one that is supposed to contact your payement partner to remind them the rules of your referral program. I hope this message will be useful to the 3DX team to realize there is a problem somewhere.

When I try to log in with the Europe server, I get a connexion lost or a connexion refused. It seems to work with the USA server, but then I don't have access to my friend list. What is happening again ?

Sorry to say that for months, and sometimes years, we've been asking for glitches fixes that just never happen, with no communication at all from the devs, so yes they can be pretty unprofessional. If really there's Ddos attack going on, I wish them good luck. I just have the feeling that they managed their business with very low standards during a long period of time, which eventually comes back at you, now with some guys trying to take the whole system down because they realised they can. If really, again, it's a Ddos attack. And don't worry, history has proven that they don't read the forum and don't care about what we say. Not trying to be mean here. Just saying some hard truths, in my opinion.

A DDos attack, really ? I mean why not, but it's not what you previously said... And it sure is an easy way to be excused. Were all the crashes every day DDos attacks too ? All the lags and glitches ? Is the game under Ddos attack for several years now ? At this point, it's not an attack anymore, it's a war. By the way, when it will work again, I suggest you to write : " The game is temporarily available ”. You don't fool us anymore. Oh by the way, we are paying, this is not a free game. I can't help myself to remember it to you. It's probably because I love money so much.

So am I. I wouldn't be so angry if i didn't like the game and the people I met. I would have just try a month and then forget about it.

Again, the game has major glitches for several years, never been fixed. That's not a pretty good job. That's not a job at all. This game is not playable. It needs to be fixed, that's all.

5 minutes. That's how long I was able to be connected before I get a connexion down again. Fix your game. It's not playable. We are paying for a service we don't get. Fix your game.

They've been glitches for years now, and since several weeks it's wosrt and worst, so please... They are working on it, really ? Where ? How should we know that ?

Two things : first, if my internet provider crashed several times every day, I will ask them to fix the problem and they WOULD. 3dx devs don't. Second, yes it's a game, and we pay for it. We are paying for a game we can't play because of the bugs and the crashes. So I'm sorry, but no, that's not all : if I pay for something, I want it to work properly. I don't think it's that hard to understand.

Once again, a crash. Once again. And when the game works, it's with an incredible amount of glitches. Seriously. SERIOUSLY. Your game is broken. Fix it. We are paying for a service you do not provide. Fix this fucking game. FIX IT. Why is it so hard to understand ? How is it even possible that it last for so long now ? FIX YOUR GAME NOW.

I'm tired of the connexion lost. Tired of the constant glitches in game. Tired ot the impossibility to load certain rooms or to even cuddle somebody when the game is too crowded. This has to be fixed. That should be a priority. Thanks.

So you just create your own theory on your own based on nothing, and now you're claiming that people you say otherwise are liars.

Could we please have more clothes and more "basic" sex scenes (like titjob for exemple) ? I admit that lately we had more updates as usual, but I thinl it would be nice to have some basic features like that.

So anyway, except for some people who has the chance to not care about the money they spend on a game that doesn't keep its promises, maybe it would be great to have real new sex pose and not some stuff that people will use for 5 seconds, and some new clothes too, like EVERYBODY is asking for since YEARS now.
