Problem: The glass reflection is too extreme. That said, sometimes it works, depends on what you are building. However, any brightly colored room is going to have very bright reflections off the glass, making it difficult to see past, especially if the outside is dark. I realize this is what happens in real life, but in real life the reflections are much more dynamic than what can be achieved in the scope of 3dx. Proposed Solution: PLEASE include an additional material for "Glass: Minimal Reflection", where the reflection off the glass is drastically reduced but still visible. There may be some reason that makes it more difficult than it sounds, but I'm hoping that the opposite is true and that this addition would be relatively trivial. Thanks!

I think this suggest you do have problems at your end or with your ISP or similar, because the selftest definitely does work.

Would love a glass texture that reflects very little for the areas you make that use lots of lights. After viewing that 2min vid, you can set the reflections to whatever value you like, even 0.

About building big things like cities or big cenarios, one only big tip I give you is, never build with too much blocks (details) in the same area. No matter how big the room or the file is sometimes, one thing that causes lags are too much blocks in a small area. I have 3 clubs in the same room with no lag, because all them are far from each other. That a tip I would have thanked if I had got when I started! hehe Good luck on ur works! xoxo
