Also make sure what "Email" you did the payment with, that will be the email that has the email with password and the login.

You can contact the support here, explain to them the issue and there is no login info was sent to you in here: http://3dxchat.com/support/ OR you could try to "reset your password" the email you used in your payment is the email you will login with, so I think you can "request a password reset" as if you "forgot your password", I'm not sure if this works, but as far as I know you can change your password to what you want it to be, so pretty sure you can reset it. It probably went to the junk mails, make sure you check that as well. Or it could be that your payment didn't go through?

Could you check your account profile page where you login to download 3dxchat, many people said they usually list the reason for the ban there. But I assume it's the world chat thing.
