Everybody makes good points and I appreciate everybody's honesty. I was just venting. I got social issues and it is because I am an Aspie and unless you are not on the ASD and you are a Neurotypical you will never be able to know where I am coming from. I have restarted my friend list and I have already taken into consideration deleting friends who are not active or who engage with me. And I don't think I ever did blame the game for my problems. I said everything from an Aspie point of view and unless you are on the ASD you will never get where I am coming from or can relate.
And I have decided to keep this game since I made this last post. Now I will wait for the replies to come from you Neurotypicals who think you have the right to "blast me" with your psychoanalyzing as if you are psychologists who specialize in ASD. If you don't read up on Aspergers which is what I got don't go insulting me with things you have no understanding of or try to think you know where I am coming from. 
When it all said and done since there are more of you Neurotypicals than us on the ASD. Those of us on the ASD have to put up with you Neurotypicals more than the other way around. I am pretty sure the most of you doesn't know anybody on the ASD. For the majority's sake.

@Mike Turtle Unfortunately you came to the wrong place to vent frustrations about the game.  In-game, you are definitely more likely to get ignored (literally or figuratively) but on these forums you can get straight up attacked.
Be careful out there.  Choose your friends wisely and you enemies even more so.

This thread is not just about representation of MtF transgenders in the game or even transgenders in general. 
This thread about either adding another gender in the game or adding additional (genitalia related) lockable customization options to male/female avis. The second option seems like a better choice so far. 
Yes, I understand that gender identity =/= sex. Yes, I understand that sissy/femboy are not genders and futa fictional thing.
I called it "transgender avatar" not because it's some optimal/ideal name. I called it not because it's avatar solely for transgenders. I called it just because... How exact should have I named it? Shemale? It's offensive for many people, it's a porn word. Futa? Very vague word with no clear definition in western culture. Well, maybe tgirl would be better, but I afraid it would create same misunderstanding as well. 
Now, about WHY did I create this thread.
We currently have set of problems in the game related to current female avi:
1. There is number of people who always play with a cock using a female avi. Different people. TGs, sissy, femboys, whoever else. Does not really matter who. The fact is – there are a lot of people who do it. Currently everyone from these group should turn their cock on every time they logging in game, like it's not part of their virtual body, but just some attachable toy. On top of it – cock can be lost because partner chosen vaginal pose. And you can't even understand if it's vaginal or anal pose was proposed, because it looks the same. Yes, it's not an end of the world. Yes, it's not something terrible. But it's unpleasant and creates discomfort. To the point of mood-kill for some people. 
2. There is number of people who want to always play with a pussy and never see a cock suddenly grow on their avi. Yes, in MF it's not a problem. The whole other thing is FF and threesomes. Wrong position in threesome? You getting a cock. Want to offer a pose to your partner with a cock/strapon? Better not, you will grow a cock. Or at least you should not forget to first change cock to strapon. And then turn the strapon off. It's not terrible as well. But it causes discomfort to some people. And some FF poses actually starts with partner who were invited on top. So it's a real big chance to suddenly grow a dick if you forget to change it to strapon every time before someone invite you to this pose. 
On top of these two main problems there is also some additional ones:
Tgirl avis have pussy under their skirt/dress without underwear.
"Interested in" section consists only men and women.
Pubic hair work incorrect with a cock option on females, growing inside of the cock.
If at some point devs will add erection slider/tumbler it may be problematic with current system. Because it either will be for men only (which will cause rightful outrage from futa/tgirl avi playing players) or it will be for girls as well and then it will cause angry reaction from women if they will get erection slider/tumbler on their screen. Yes it can be called arousal slider/tumbler and for regular girl avis it can regulate the wetness of vagina but still. What if devs will decide to do few sizes of flaccid cock? How will it work with current system? 
I don't say that these problems can be solved only by adding additional gender option. Making some additional choices in character editor actually can be a better solution. But these problems exist. And it's not about only trans players. It touches a huge part of 3dxchat community. Every players deserve to be respected. Trans, cis, non-binary. And this thread not just about transgenders in 3dxchat. It's about problems connecting with current avatar/genitalia system and how these problems can be solved. 
And if you expect some respect form others would be nice to learn to give respect in response.

Why would you have to remember each time? Once you set it, it's set and stays that way until you decide different. I think we are asking for same thing but in different ways. You want it done in dressing room and I want it to continue to be done in world rooms. My main reason I want it stay this way is so you wouldn't have to run back to your dressing room just to add/remove a penis. People do RP with the ability toggle it on or off when they like. So lets not effect their game play by forcing them to return. What we are both asking for is once set to whatever you want the poses will not over-ride and add or remove your choice.

If being a cat or rabbit keeps the penis off me, then I'm all for that too.

This doesn't quite work right at the moment and is the main point of this discussion. As a woman some poses just add the penis and it can be a little upsetting to experience when it happens to you. Think of it this way, you choose a pose and the next thing you see is that your penis has changed to a vagina. So you change it back, right? Then you choose another pose and BAM back to the vagina again. Everyone here just somehow wants that issue fixed.

Please do not think that these are the majority of any group of people. Haters are always going to hate and there is little that can be changed about that.  But there are plenty who can be what society likes to call "Straight" and still love and respect those who think and feel differently.  Keep faith that you have an army of supporters behind you wanting what is best for everyone. The haters can bask in the chill of their hate if they like as long as they keep it to themselves.

So you want to remove the ability to remove/add penis altogether verses just being able to disable in world? Seems a little over the top to me. I'd rather them just fix the problem about adding penis without my consent.
