we have a tool that works fine: the iggy button. There is no need to add complexity...

This one should be fine for your needs. I also use it for my own beach without any problems

Thanks for the encouragement. Here's an update so far.
Layout and building mockups are getting close to being finished. It's all quite crude still, but I plan to get the basics right to begin with, before I move into details. Stairs are going to be such a damn hassle, I can already tell.

Aha, and what does it mean? Tell us and we know, so everybody is happy instead of deleting a texture and ruining builders works.

Talking about better avatar details, I would love to have an option for a high res skin texture for avatars. Of course it would increase VM consumption, so it probably should be optional so people with an old/integrated graphic cards can still play with decent FPS.

Why so complicated? If someone doesn't know how to behave, the iggy button is a practical solution. Just "kicking" someone out would only end up in a quarrel and in the end at the iggy list again anyhow.

And if you want,  you can also remove people from there the coming day.

I think having a very simple default font with all numbers and letters would be really great.
It would avoid so many objects, smallering the file size and improving performance a lot also.
And there are a lot of people using fonts i see it in nearly every room.
Sadly they "eat" a lot of objects for no reason most of the time because a lot of description wouldn't need a very nice looking font, just a simple standart one. especially numbers.
 

It's already suggested in a couple of posts... but yes, I would love to have nice looking nose piercing. And more different necklaces? It would be nice if they added some to match the rings and earrings
