I also do have my profile with into and not into categories and they more to the point in a not rude manner. I think for me its just when your in the situation including that many of them you kind of don't think of the basics and you kind fall into the I have no idea what to do. 
I know that these people who have done this to me are more rare and maybe I just ran into the lot of them at first to get them out of the way. Have faith @NaomiMoonstone.  There are some decent men around in 3DX although from what I hear they are probably in the minority. 
After many years of being a member of adult MMO games, I never cease to be saddened when I hear about the way men talk to and treat females in game, and not only because of the disrespect shown to the female in question but because it kind of says that these men actually think like that in real life and have learnt nothing (even if they are less likely to act like it in real life).  If I am honest it shames me to be male when I hear this kind of stuff, even though I know I am not responsible for the way they have acted.
So speaking for myself and any others of my gender that are happy for me to speak for them, I am sorry you have experienced this and I truly hope for better experiences for you.

I did find quite a few decent guys in the game, but yes I agree they do seem to be the minority. I think they also find it a little hard in the game sometimes as well. I know they have trouble finding a women in the game they can trust to be a real women and often get into relationships to find out after sometimes months that they have been lied to the whole time. They also have to put up with all the dis trust caused by the game. So unfortunately like the game discourages women from staying I think it can also discourage a lot of the decent guys the same way. To many think that a sex game means porn and if you join a game like this you would have the same view on what you want from the game. It was fairly rare where I found a guy that would actually treat me similar to how I think they would a woman in real life, mostly sex was more like them trying to fulfil their fantasies of them finding themselves a porn queen. It often seemed like that was what they felt I was looking for. Unfortunately that also went for some of the guys I considered nice guys. There was really only a couple I found that treated me in a way I think they would a woman in real life. Even in a game I think most women are like myself, we do not want to be considered a slut or be treated like one. A slut may be what a lot of guys want when it comes to sex but a slut will never really get any respect from anyone, both guys and other women. That has been drummed into our brains from the day we were born and we can't help but have it influence us on how we like to be treated. So naturally if a guy approaches us like we are a slut we are not going to like it. One of the problems I found in a game like this is that there are far more men playing as women than there are actual women, most of which seemed to do so so they could have control over a female avi and have her be the slut he wanted. So I think that could be a reason so many think it is ok to approach women the way they do, most of these guys playing slutty female avis would respond the way they want. If most female avis in the game are actually guys with their slutty female avis giving favourable responses then wouldn't it become expected. I think that is why even some of the nice guys I found in the game when it came to sex still thought I wanted to be treated more like a slut. The game does not even really cater for what women really like when it comes to sex and doesn't give decent guys the tools they need to offer it.

I've had my preference set to men and women. The problem I may be having is my profile is kinda long. Perhaps people tap out after reading the first sentence. It is kind of amusing though when some douche PMs stuff like "I rub my crotch against your ass on the dance floor, hands on your hips" and I respond with "I grow hard from feeling your touch, my panties getting tighter." Then when they get stuffy I can go "Did you read my profile? Says there I'm a sissy." Then they usually go away 

I use to cop this a lot sometimes as well. Mostly it would happen when I was somewhere by myself like waiting for someone or something. I mostly just closed the PM and forgot about it but sometimes it would happen that often I would feel like you do.
One thing I have wondered, and as there has been a couple in here say the same thing that has been said before in other similar posts, which is it doesn't happen often to them. I have wondered why that is. So I would like to ask you and those people what you have as your preference, mine was set to men and I have thought that may also make a difference in who these people choose to harass.

Let me start off by saying I've not experienced harassment quite as aggressive as you described, or at least not in such high volumes.
Although there's a reference against this kind of behaviour inside the ToS, unless it gets reported (and even then...) there's not much that can be done to stop it.
Which leaves it up to you to handle it, which is obviously the reason for your post.
I've did, however, have encounters that I disliked just as much and I like to think my approach to them is efficient because it has drastically lowered over time.
So here's a few of my tips to hopefully help minimize it for you:
Read the name of the rooms before you join.
In most situations you'll get a rough idea what you might get into if you enter the room (obviously, entering a room that explicitly warns you, is at your own risk). Make sure your profile is informative.
If you have any specific dislikes, make sure they are clear inside your profile, people might not always read them, but it's there for you to fall back on in case you need to. Obviously, stay respectful. When someone PM's you in a way you dislike entirely, do not respond... at all.
Especially if they go against what you wrote on your profile. Not granting any form of response will usually force them to move on. In cases where people weren't initially offensive, warn first.
I've had moments where I initially didn't expect someone to turn out the way they did... in these cases I warn them briefly, if they continue... I resort to not responding... at all. If all else fails... use the "ignore" button.
Some will not take no for an answer... that's what the ignore button is for. Use it to make that character disappear from your 3DX experience entirely. Last but not least... don't dwell on it.
A lot of people overthink things too much. Just don't...  Enjoy your time with people you like and ignore whatever tries to ruin the experience. I hope it helps.

Block, report, screen cap. People like this are entitled, manipulative and all around toxic and should be shut down as quickly as possible.
As for the "If you don't sleep with me you're racist/homophobic/whatever", to hell with that logic! Your sexual orientation and preference is all that matters. Your (virtual) body, your rules. Imagine how shitty ones game must be if one has to resort to these kind of hostage-taking tactics in a game where people are presumably DTF. I'm sorry you've had to go through this @NaomiMoonstone I haven't run into these kinds people in particular, but I've run into a similar kind: the "sleep with me or I'll kill myself" player. They're the same manipulative garbage.

Okay so I have been on 3dx now for a while and I do love it how ever I must say the sexual harassment on this game is getting horrible. When your being called racist or a trump supporter cause you say no thanks to having sex with BBC with out so much as a conversation even know its posted on your profile that you don't just have sex with random people. Or when your dancing in the room and a Lesbian, Futa, Trans, or Sissy just message you up automatically starting to role play grabbing your pvt parts. or trying to say if you don't have sex with them your trans-phobic. Its uncalled for and sexual harassment it also should not be okay to do and these people honestly believe it is. Everyone is not into the same thing and people have preferences of who they would like to have sex with its not being racist, or even trans phobic or homophobic! 
              I can respect other peoples Sexuality, Genders, and Race. but I shouldn't be harassed into doing things with them. Also I have been in the rooms where white men are ripped apart daily saying they aren't big and they cant play hip hop or rap and other things. Why is so much harassment being done and absolutely nothing is done about it! I could have swarn everyone agreed to the same TOS to 3dx chat. Nor are they the victim when you say sorry not interested but have a good night.  Also I would not be complaining but every day I get 10-15 of these sexual harassment messages. Or me receiving a rant for simply not being interested past a friendship. Its now getting to the point that I almost don't wanna sign on and or having to block every one of them just to not be harassed and that shouldn't have to happen.

Thanks for the advice I will give it a shot. It has not been as bad as soon as I started blocking people and also I will be staying away from the rooms and Have been and its cut down  a lot actually. But  thank you so much for the positive comment it helps a lot.
