I had recently an issue with ocean level as I needed to raise it to bring it near my building (a downloaded world file I adapted to my needs).

As I was aware of the ongoing problems setting the ocean level, my first attempt was to select the whole building and move it down.

All I achieved was my laptop hanging and no movement at all (I'm talking about almost 20 000 objects).

After several unsuccessful attempts I remembered an Excel-based tool that has a "move" function but unfortunately it didn't work for me (I got a macro error, probably due to an Excel version mismatch).

Then I tried something more "radical"... I applied a formula to decrease all the Y-coordinates by the amount I needed to bring the building to ocean level... and it worked! That's the beauty of being an Excel-based tool.

Both those features were introduced rather recently... less than two years ago maybe.

My experience is that the room closes immediately as soon as the last person abandons it, unless the owner is still online. The interval of 5-10 min MeiLing mentions is new to me as well.

While devs don't do it (expected to happen within the next 275 years, if planets get properly aligned and if it's not raining) you can add a space yourself, defining your location as ": Miami...", just like I did on mine

Color coding is split into the corresponding Red, Green and Blue values. 

Black is (0.0,0.0,0.0) while white is (1.0,1.0,1.0).

If a color parameter is x, the number shown is x/255. Example: 64 will be shown as 0.25098039.

I also don't like and try to avoid this kind of rooms (unless I'm with a friend that wants to be there).

You know that changing slightly the room name would make it appear unblocked again.

Unless the blocking was made at owner level, as the room favorites seem to be.

The generated world file is not too big, usually less than 50kB, but using compression could reduce it significantly. Thanks!

It's such a basic feature... I can't understand how it was not implemented yet.

It would avoid constant attempts to find the correct places, disrupting the mood of the moment.

I know we can usually find the good sequence on MMF and MFF by choosing who suggests the pose, but on FFF it may require to re-invite the participants in a different order. Anyway, it's annoying.

Just need a two position switch for MMF, MFF, and three position for FFF, MMM.

How about having an option to allow just the selection of the objects entirely inside the selection box?

This woud eliminate the selection of big background objects.

I don't understand what you mean by "download" the avatar file.

When you "save" an avatar file you can see in which folder the game places it (usually near other game-related files like world files, screenshots, etc.).

You just have to find that folder when you need to "load" an avater file to use.

There was a petition some time ago to remove some words from room names... Maybe the algorithm searches blindly for the text strings not caring if they are part of an innocent word.
