For some ppl fun is being a hooker and for others bangin' a  hooker for gifts.
Who are we to judge them?

I don't know wtf these ppl want?
Game was under severe DDoS attack for 4 days and every player got 7 days free + 5 000 xGold.
A tiny minority of players gets banned for 1-2 days cause of spam and hell breaks loose.
Now this one writes about lawsuit without any proof that it was the real Lisa on world chat ?????
 

Nicholas, do you think that people would have listened if Gizmo posted : Adds spamming in WC is forbidden !
Sometimes, extreme measures are needed. Unfortunately, there was some collateral damage with ppl who don't spam often getting banned.
One thing is sure, I think all spammers get the message now.

Maybe the reason was cause devs were looking at endless purple spam on WC and realised that every kind of communication in WC is totally impossible...and they finally started to act according to it? 
Yesterday I was reading WC and I must say, WC is really good to read when there is no endless spam. Gizmo did a good job.

It's funny how a lot of saints now appear, people who spam the toilet saying ... what a wonder now the toilet is clean .. Please assume your responsibilities without hypocrisy. I advertise my rooms in the World chat, but respecting, only I do not have ten or twelve people do it for me

Look, devs rarely write the reason for ban, especilly if this is a mass banning like this one. Someone broke TOS and got banned. That's all.
I was banned once and I was communicating with e-mail. They eventually wrote why, and it was a well deserved ban. I'd ban myself for that.
But I really think that was an exception.

Who knows? Maybe during years they recieved hundreds and hundreds of complaints by players who didn't like world chat as on big purple advertising panel and they decided to act?

Well, I was in that elsewhere during DDoS attack and I I saw far less people than in 3DX..and tbh, that elsewhere sucks big time with 90-ties graphics.
But you're advertising leaving 3DX on forums...well, don't whine if devs react according to that.
I suggest you to delete this post above mine. It's a friendly suggestion. I won't even quote it.

Problem is, there is some collateral damage in these spam wars.
People like Stellania or IAmVigin getting banned, and for sure they're totally out of this spam wars.

I could ignore everyone in my open club.  They would remain in my club I just would not be able to hear them or see them.

Well then that explains plenty.  The avi by that name has a history of entering a room and colding every female in the room continuously.  He does not take NO for an answer. THIS is how he plays the game.  He has been on my ignore for quite some time.  So if there is the ability to boot him he can't have any fun harassing everyone.  It is because of people exactly like him that we all request it in the first place.  Kick him out then put him on permanent ignore.

Cause when you put somebody on ignore in your room, he doesn't get kicked out of it.
