    Results of tenth survey about quality of 3DXChat – March 2021

    Final results of ninth survey about quality of 3DXChat (19.3. to 27.3.2021)

    421 users have shared their opinion this month.

    After the United states, the Germans again accounted for the largest share of participants.

    Question 1: Are you facing bugs in 3DXChat? If yes – how often?

    • 37% of users are facing bugs every day (Februar: 38%)

    Compared to February, less bugs are perceived by survey participants. This is the lowest number of percieved daily bugs again in all surveys.

    Question 2: Are you facing being disconnected? If Yes how often?

    • 20% of users are facing disconnects every day (Februar:17%)

    Compared to February, more disconnections are perceived by the respondents of the survey.

    Question 3: What feature are you missing most? (up to 3 choices possible)

    “More clothes” and “More sex poses” are still the most requested features.

    • 79% of users prioritize new functions (Feb.:70%)

    For the fourth time during this survey, the respondents expressed the opinion that new features and not the stability of the game should be the developers’ focus. Eight of ten users would prefer working on new features

    • 60% of users rated quality with 4 or 5 points with means usually quite satisfied  (Ø 3.66 in total ) – very close to result of last survey.

    Ninth survey about quality of 3DXChat – February 2021

    Final results of ninth survey about quality of 3DXChat (19.2. to 28.2.2021)

    First of all, I have received the highest number of votes since I started this surveys in May 2020. 530 users have shared their opinion, the high figure was mainly driven by sharing of this survey at the official 3DXChat-Discord.

    After the United states, the Germans again accounted for the largest share of participants

    Compared to January, less bugs are perceived by survey participants. This is the lowest number of percieved daily bugs in all surveys.

    Compared to January, less disconnections are perceived by the respondents of the survey. The result is the second best results of all surveys.

    Maybe a good idea to a survey what hardware people are using.
    If they play multiple accounts the same time
    If they are using wifi or cable connection to the router. etc etc.

    Hey @DyllanD thank you for your suggestion. I am thinking about integrating questions about hardware and connection. At hardware i am not sure how to built a good question (how to cluster harder to maybe 4-6 categories in max).

    Results of Eighth survey about quality of 3DXChat – January 2021

    Final results of eighth survey about quality of 3DXChat (16.1. to 24.1.2021)

    First of all, I have received the highest number of votes since I started this surveys in May 2020. 201 users have given their opinion. After the United states, the Germans accounted for the largest share of participants

    • 46% of users are facing bugs every day (December: 40%)

    Compared to December, more bugs are perceived by survey participants. The result is near to results of November 2020 with 48%.

    Question 2: Are you facing being disconnected? If Yes how often?

    • 21% of users are facing disconnects every day (Dec:14%)

    Compared to December, more disconnections are perceived by the respondents of the survey. The result is near to results of November 2020 again with 24%.

    Question 3: What feature are you missing most? (up to 3 choices possible)

    “More clothes” and “Customizable clothes and hair” are the most requested features followed bei “More sex poses” and “Pose editor” – this is following the trend of last survey.

    • 67% of users prioritize new functions (Dec.:60%)

    For the second time during this survesy, the respondents expressed the opinion that new features and not the stability of the game should be the developers’ focus. Trend is even showing up since last month.

    Hallo Chloe, ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich antworten soll, aber eine Frage nicht zu beantworten wäre unhöflich.  Ich kann dir versichern, es war nicht auf euren Raum bezogen den "ROCK BUNKER".  Wie ihr euren Raum in 3DXChat nennt kann ich nicht sagen - ich habe ihn seit Monaten nicht mehr gesehen. Also solltest du dich angegriffen gefühlt haben tut es mir leid. Ich hab kein Interesse wieder in eine tiefere Diskussion einzusteigen.
