i said it here one year ago that this will never happen, like all the sex poses in the topic of this Frenchtouch, everyone were criticize my post, now you are all forced to agree her forum and everything is closed. and btw, i want to make you all remember she asked people from here some donations (money) to build the game faster. hope they've been refunded lol

I have a guess what the 1st lesson will be: How to steal someone else's hard work, and share it with the public

There are many of here that put our time and effort into creating our rooms even some of us have shared things for others to enjoy.  I'd be pissed as hell if someone turned around and sold the three house file I did because I was giving it away for free, because not only do I but many others have a heart to share a little bit of our creativity with others.  Then there are people who like you have stole a room (world) that someone created to prove a point.  If you don't know any thing about Intellectual Property Rights, Copyright, Trademark and such you may want to look that up.  You took someone's room, recolored it even went as far as to open in to prove a point to the devs but guess what, the devs didn't see the room you opened but the owners of the room you stole did.  They have every reason to be upset over it.  You could have easily took the room, did your recolor, took screenshots of the entire process of what you did and sent a message to the devs but you didn't.  That would have been more acceptable then what was done.  You could have even pulled the room owners into a chat, showed them what you had done explaining what you were doing so if they were contacted by the devs would understand what you had done.  Yet that wasn't done instead excuses were given as to why this was done with no apologies offered to the room owners.

Oh they react ! But only when you insult them ^^ Everything else, they don't care... XD Room stolen ? *Mute*

I find it funny how you talk about letting people expand their creativity. It's like a bad episode of the Twilight Zone. Is this a dream or....?

@Heden, you stole / copied our room via a modification of dll, by the log "pierrouss". it's a fact, and you've already confessed it.
Even if I hate your gesture, because you made our room public before our big event of openning, it disgusts me!
 
Also, I must admit that it is not you that I have to blame the most! because you are in your right ... the developers recognized your right to steal / copy and share everything that is published on the servers ... and this is the final point for statute legal things or not.
 
The builders' creativity, time spent, the exclusivity, and the sharing with agreement, therefore have no importance for the devs ... that's why it's time for me to stop this game ,  "i want to share when i want"
 
That’s why I call to the creation of topic, thread to publish the copy of all the rooms with or without the agreement of the owner, here in free sharing for all ... we will see the reaction of the community, when we will see several "thamea manor" or "AsherReins mansion" ... opened to the public ... it will bother many people! … "Great job from great builders are not in selfservice !"
 
ps: Pierrousss did a lot of work for our room "white palace brothel", he helped me to choose the style, the design, make some models, he chose the pictures that we took as a model! Certainly, I modeled the room but I will not have built anything without his inspiration

I don't know you Heden, but if you used something without permission, its fucking stealing in any language because you are treating it as your own.
 
It's not yours though, so if you have any decency, give it back by deleting your unauthorised copy.

That's the argument people use for ripping off music right? It's only a digital copy so it's not theft, blah, blah, blah. Still illegal though, because the actual value lies in the creator's time and talent. Try justify all you like, but just taking digital content that does not belong to you, is no less a form of theft than raiding a bank. Just admit the truth, you take rooms because you can - you actually feel entitled - and believe there will be no repercussions. But where's the self-respect in all this?
 
The White Palace Brothel is special in 3DX because of its history and who owns and runs it. Your copy is just a bunch of primitives on a map. Meaningless.
 
However, I think creators are going to have to accept rooms will be continue to be taken by the shallow end of the digital gene pool, Gizmo has been pretty clear about this. I just hope people will not be put off making these new and magical places by the conduct of those who don't have the talent to do so themselves.

However you try to justify it, you didn't have to do what you did and the reasoning is just nonsensical and contradictory. That whole "I just saw your room on forum, so I thought I'd just test on it cause it was fun and to make 3dx great again" is pure fiction. As per your own words, sharing a stolen room is nothing, so what if Pier & Rosa hadn't cared ? This conversation wouldn't be had on forum. As per your own words again, "because everybody know they (the devs) never read the forum" ... they don't read forum but they check what you open ingame  and would take instant actions ? lol, please... You just thought it was fun and didn't expect the blacklash, or you specifically targetted someone you knew would react with intent to add drama to an already drama filled place. Whichever it is, it was just plain dumb and shitty.
 
Besides, room stealing was already possible prior to World Editor, wasn't widespread but still. Wasn't anything new. Your "good hearted gesture" didn't do anything other than leading to being told "that's how it is, deal with it". Otherwise, you would have been sanctionned already. So thanks for... nothing ?

but what can we do ? we reported her and all her avis in game and on forum i asked all devs with proofs, their answer is "its not been hacked".. LOL
 
maybe they smoke something bad i dont know, whatever, be carteful to your room guys, i advise you to put the orginal home when you are not inside the room you built, so if she wanna steal it, she will steal the basic home lol. its the only protection i see, since the devs doesnt react 

Ah OK thanks for the hint so copiing music and films in the internet isn't stealing...because I don't remove it... I just get a copy... Wohoo some really new rules for all the lawyers out there... Heden for president...

So Mrs Content Thief now you see the community protection level for artist content. The game might not protect us and might will never do cause it's not so easy to archive as same think. This is a message and a red card to all thinking about doing it.

If you steal our room or object than we steal you reputation points. Fare trade, isn't it?

Open a stolen room before the opening party is a bad ass move and everyone doing so should be aware of the consequences. It's a smart way to loose your reputation even if you do so with an alt. Isn't hard nowadays to find out the main character... Just saying!
