    Possible. if thats the case we wont probably get an answer ever. From my past experience no admin and moderator ever justified or explained the bans they did. It was either take it or leave. The lack of reply from the authorities in this game let me assume its exactly what will happen. So swallow up. Wait until you unbanned and consider future actions. Thoose that have been banned by "accident" are either victim of a bulk script or have done something different they didnt think of yet. Noone knows how old some reports might have been.

    Its all speculation. Noone knows whats really happening. Also you dont know what kind of options you have with dev tools. As it is with moderators and admins on a forums there can be specific roles assigned, so not everything would be possible. As I said its a very long shot. The most reasonable explantation would be, that someone is sweeping thru the reports that where made and just applies bans to any open reports without cross referencing if its true. Thats probably the most likely scenario. Why? if anyone noticed the forums keeps magically locking and cleaning itself huh. Someone was hired to clean up this mess ingame and on the forums and we are not supposed to know who.

    I said some pages ago when everyone was quoting the rules over and over that it could be an account take over or duplicate with dev tools. It totally doesent read like Lisa at all. Unless she did it like Mal and logged in drunk

    On of the most reasonable solutions would be to remove the user count from the rooms. Most have forgotten what its all about and just care about their user count. If that goes theres no need to excessively promote your room to break some records. It has been proven in the past that the removal of likes or views can yield sucessful results on other platforms. Just an idea.

    Just a long shot but this reads like someone gained access to a Dev Account or made one with Dev Tools and is on a revenge spree to kick anyone out that doesent fit their sight. I very much doubt it is an auto-script, because I am not banned and I am known to have a bold mouth... so yeah.

    How about making changes to the games UI and controls OPTIONAL. having a choice between old fashioned ways and new controls would defo help

    Also some peole might be actually lazy and dumb and use the same login credentials on the pirate version even, wich is not so smart Original is Original. Let me tell you that as an original haha

    Silly thing with thoose attacks is... its done when its done. But looking back at other similar attacks on game networks... maybe another day or two. I just dont see the benefit of attacking such a small niche game like 3DX compared to Playstationnetwork or Battlenet. But then again people are bored and have too much money.

    I ve been moderating the NFS section back then at EA Forums. It was literally the living hell of a messageboard because 6 year old Kids had somehow access to thoose. Enforcing the much stricter rules there (because not 18+ NSFW Game) was anything but a cakewalk. I ve always wondered why the moderator team was always changing there and after a while I realized why. I stepped down just a year later. Containing a bag of fleas was easier. Plus everyone was doing it voluntary and didnt recieve a pay-check from EA as it was honered voluntary community work. Yet people claimed we get paid by EA and since the Moderators where the only source of "official" contact they were getting a spank for all thoose mess-ups this company did. Like we delivered thoose half-finished games and thoose microtransactions where based up on our ideas. The sad truth was: We did not know more then any other user at EA forums. Interesting times back then...

    It was a colorful methaphor I used. Of course they werent. It was just a biased view from people that get their troll-posts deleted and some punishment afterwards. Its a phenomen I saw on many different messageboards I ve been yet. A few phoney people that dump their opinion in every thread and make it sound like its everyones opinion.

    There was some serious forum moderation a couple of years ago. Guess what: Moderators where called powercorrupted biased devils and that they do what they want lol.
