    Due to the DDoS attack on the server, the hard disk was damaged, the system crashed and administrators responded slowly. User data was not affected, however, restoring the game in such conditions is difficult and long.
    Our plan is as follows:
    We have a new test server, which is located in a more respectable data center. We will transfer all users to the test server to quickly give people the opportunity to play the game. If everything goes well, then all players will receive the patch and immediately be able to play on the test server.

    Since the test server has not been fully tested, players will probably encounter bugs, which we will try to quickly patch to fix. Please bare this in mind and please continue to report them.

    We understand that playing in this way can be uncomfortable for many players, so we will freeze all current membership time until the situation improves, all registered users will play for free until it's solved.

    Thank you for your patience during this matter.

    Sadly, in a week's time I have been able to play 1 day. I am not someone who whines about the game or badmouths it, threatening to leave. BUT I will say this. My patience is running out. I paid for a service and am NOT receiving the service, NOR am I getting any sort of communication as to why. As someone who owned his own business and worked management before that, customer service is extremely important, probably the most important part of a business. If your clientele is experiencing problems with your service, the professional responsibility is to convey an honest and sincere reason as to why and offer a solution equitable for both sides.

    Ignoring the issue is extremely unprofessional and leave people with a very bad experience, to the point where the word of mouth will kill business and repeat business will be hard to maintain. 

    Right now, this is the worst possible time for this to happen, the pandemic has us all at home with nothing to do, in the US we have a megalomaniac that would rather burn the nation than lose his precious election.
    PEOPLE ARE DESPERATELY SEEKING THE ESCAPE THIS GAME PROVIDES AND YOU CAN'T EVEN BE HONEST AND OPEN WITH THE PROBLEMS, BY ANSWERING QUESTIONS ON THE FORUM?????? VERY POOR BUSINESS MODEL YOU HAVE. IF SOMEONE IS ATTACKING YOU AND THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT, YOU ARE MAKING IT FAR WORSE BY NOT RESPONDING TO YOUR CLIENTELE.
    HOW HARD IS IT FOR YOU TO COME INTO THE FORUMS AND EXPLAIN WHAT THE TRUE ISSUES ARE? I WOULD VENTURE TO SAY 90% OF US WOULD UNDERSTAND AND BE SATISFIED WITH HONEST REPORTS OF WHAT IS GOING ON. SILENCE IS DEADLY TO A BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU ARE TELLING THE CLIENTELE AND CUSTOMER BASE YOU DO NOT RESPECT THEM ENOUGH TO TELL THEM WHAT IS GOING ON. AGAIN, THAT IS A PISS POOR BUSINESS MODEL.

    I have seen 3 sites change servers in the last 4 weeks these guys have been saying they have a new server but all I see it the same garbage server if they really cared they would stop counting these day on our membership and reset us to day one meaning the day we paid for our last sub if they did that i would not have anything to complain about the bottom line is I paid for something and have not received what I paid for!

    And then, suffice it to say it is an attack.
    It's been days if not weeks that servers have been reporting big problems. If it were an attack it would have already been solved with a restart and some settings.
    You have problems with your servers, probably not suitable for keeping many people connected. Old or malfunctioning servers.
    This is why EVERYONE is asking for a refund of paid subscriptions. Otherwise this teasing continues. Who knows what they make of the subscription money.
    Let's not be fooled. REQUEST ALL SUBSCRIPTION REFUND.

    Hello.
    I turn to the development team.
    If it were a totally free game I would also like to understand.
    But being a paid game all these crashes and disconnections MUST NOT happen.
    Perhaps, since we are all attached to money, it would be right to request a refund of the subscription and wait for everything to be resolved.
    So if we want things to really improve, we MUST ALL suspend subscriptions and ask for a refund.
    You will see that they will work harder.

    Registred on May 27 , daily crashes 4 - 10 times per day, now I do really have enough of this, I made kind friends to have fun with, and now this again ,on Saturdayeve.
    Just checked I have a subscription for 6 months, am I able to cancel that ? I am not willing to stay here for another 5 months and live from crash to crash. Why are they not honest about the issues here and just tell the truth before you register, that you will not be able to play in a normal way , but ONLY if the servers dont crash for a few hours per day.
    From what I understand is this an issue thats goin on for a long time ?

    This is crazy, this game has endless issues and nothing seems to be getting done about it . The whole evening it says cannot connect to the server...... , please can someone from 3dxchat actually be honest and tell us what the way forward is. Ever since you had the ddos attack the game has not been stable..I think we have a right to answers especially because we paying for it....maybe its time to look for alternatives.... very unhappy user

    i haven't been there very long ... but after about 4 weeks i wonder what's going on here. are the problems being worked on? or is only cashed? pardon people pay for this shit, but you don't really notice that these problems are fixed. you should actually pay the money back to ALL of the last 2-3 months

    They claimed on Discord that it was server maintenance.
    It seemed to me the server crashed and they had trouble restarting it.

    They don't give a fuck that it's saturday. Never did. Also most crashes were on weekends from what i recall. Up until near 5 days serverdowns because noone seemed to observe if the servers are running or not.

    Instead of better, it is getting worse and not only since yesterday... people will married... disconnect... people want share their rooms... disconnect... peoplke will go to a wedding, or a party, or a meet... not connect, server down... and servermaintenance on saturday ist not a good date for this... we pay and i thing, i have the right of a stable server and a stable game... its okay, when its getting problems, sometimes, but not everyday...

    -tv feature down "temporarilly" for years
    -Pose editor in the works until they admit it isn't, wasn't, even if they said it was. Yeah. This part was so funny
    -servers are having a software issue, it is not because the hardware itself is outdated as hell and can't keep up (yeah right)
    -Hair customization... the teaser they made probably took more work to showcase it in a few gifs than the actual work they would ever put into actually making it a reality.
    At this rate I'm amazed that some weirdos around here even believe a word they say. But it's always the same couple of people while the rest would rather believe that the Eart is flat than what these devs *promise* and *work on*

    But this works if you install the game the first time and does not work. We are playing since MONTHS and all went good until last week.
    And, last thing, free VPN sucks. We need to pay another service (after paying to play the game) just to TRY reconnect and it still doesn't work? Nice..

    Im starting to notice the crashes start to occur frequently around 2200-2300 GMT  I'm just guessing here but that's a time when most of my Europe friends are still online and a lot of my US friends are getting online.  If these crashes are simply due to traffic of users... then maybe its time to start investing in another server room.... maybe hire some fancy new employees? I would totally be okay with a lack of new content if it men't less disconnects and higher security... I mean personally id rather not get kicked offline every 10 min vs Jerking a dude off onto his own face who was that animation for anywayz lol
