Already been asked numerous times. THE TIMER of 60 seconds was installed to limit the ADS and other displeasantries from WC .. furthermore, the MAIN THEME of the original post is not to wage war.. it's to get answer.

The way it happened to me was .. (a brief timeline)

• I posted about opening up my room, once. 12:45approx.
• Did the gig .. for a bit more than 4 hours .. 
• Came back 2 hours after and i had the message stating I had a 42 hour suspension(then add the 4 hours of gig + 2 hours of off time which comes at 48 hours, what others have been suspended for as well)

So, i'm guessing it doesn't take effect immediately but when you logoff.

Yes the reason for ban is Spam, according to rules. But why suddenly what was accepted for so long isnt anymore. We dont even know what is considered as spam. Try terminating the updater process using CTRL-ALT-DEL and TASK MANAGER

Then go in your 3DX folder there should be a PATCHER executable there.

Right click it and run as administrator to see if it works ?

Or else, you're proclaiming the lumping of anyone that anyone deems as 'spam' to be considered 'spam' and therefore subject to punitive action.  Someone could say "Preach!" after an argumentative statement - if someone doesn't like it, they report it as spam.  If enough people report this, is it spam?  Is it a bannable offense?

If you're going to enforce upon communication, ON a platform that is pretty much ABOUT communication, then we MUST have definitive, tangible rules and notices when rules change.

Please, @Gizmo @Lisa This is draconian measures at best. Please lift the ban and disable the autoban feature until it can be tested thoroughly.

You will need full time staff to monitor the chat at all times, as well, if you're intending to hand out bans.  After all, what's the method of detecting spam?  Is it autonomous?  Does it automatically detect and ban something if the same exact message is posted more than X amount of times in a row?  Or does it go off of how many people report a specific person?  If it's reporting, you can see how this is already going to be a terrible method, as it's going to play off of a drama system.

If it's autonomous, and a conversation were to be unfolding in world chat, even with the delay, what if someone's only response to something was "lmao!"  What if the conversation was so entertaining they repeated this X number of times?

I'm not one for stirring up shit, as those that stir the shit pot should be made to lick the spoon, but... in this case, something ain't stirring the kool-aid.
