If they were to add the slider idea then I would hope they would do it which far more sophistication than a slider to make the item simply go up or down, which would look totally unrealistic and almost certainly distract from immersion rather add to it, and spoil the quality of the game. I like the idea of being able to remove clothing slowly (rather than POW and they are gone) but such a feature requires a great deal of full animation of the body and the clothing to look real.

You should be able log into the game by clicking on the bright green box you can just see on the left hand side of that screenshot.

My expectation of a pose editor is that all poses created are available to all players to enrich the playing experience for everyone. This is the spirit of community led building and development - an altruistic attitude, not a selfish one.

I have also been getting "Connection Refused" when first signing in. If I reconnect it seems ok.

I think the game password and the member site passwords are the same, so if you know your game password it should work on the member site. If you have saved the game password in the sence of "remember me" and don"t actually know your game password, then you can try the forgotten password option on the game login screen and see if that works to send an email.

I think the rooms and people you see are identical on both servers. Je pense que les chambres et les personnes que vous voyez sont identiques sur les deux serveurs.

Have you tried both the Europe and the USA hosting location choices on the sign‐on screen?

Juliejj, can you provide more information? Some things that might be helpful to know are: Has the game been working on you computer before? What is the last version you have used? What site are you trying to download from? Is your anti-virus or firewall blocking access to the site? Are you logged on to your computer as Adminstrator? Do you see any error messages at all?

@Gizmo Hi, I am confused by the outage timings in the message you recently posted at approximately 7.30pm BST today (equal to 6.30pm GMT 2nd October) The announcement says the outage will be 8am to 8.30am GMT on the 2nd October, which is approximately 10.5 hours before the announcement was posted. Did you mean it would be 8am to 8.30am on the 3rd October, or maybe 8pm to 8.30pm on the 2nd?

Hi TatyTh and welcome to the game and the forum. Glad to hear you are enjoying 3dxchat. IMHO I would be concerned that the gifs are just two dimensional, and might distract from the quality of 3dxchat if used in place of objects that ought to be 3 dimensional. Even in the 2D images you posted, the applied gifs look like "stickers". Having built a kitchen previously myself in 3dxchat (in my case it included a gas cooker with live gas burners), whilst it takes more time to build your own 3D appliances based on the gifs, I am sure the result will be worth it. Alternatively, if others have already created 3D appliances and shared their files (e.g. in the World Editor section of the Forum), it is possible to integrate files into your room build through the File menu. Having said all that though, I do agree that being able to use your own textures and gifs (for certain limited uses such as pictures on the wall) would be very useful.

Sorry to hear you have experienced problems. Are you sure you were banned as opposed to blocked for too many login attempts? The latter can apparently happen when trying to log back in a few times in a short period following disconnects. Disconnect issues can occur for various reasons and there are various threads in the Technical Support which discuss potential remedies, although sometimes it is a temporary problem with the underlying servers which you can't do anything about except wait and try later.

Instead of running the patcher or the fix, try a complete build reinstall of standard latest build ....

@JessicaX, Coldheart is way off the mark with his assumptions. Not that it matters, but I am actually very happily married, with a great family and a very successful career...and I left my parents home some 35 years ago and actually rarely see them! I think there is only one reason he calls me a pussy and that's because he bragged in another thread that he fucked his friend's wife years ago when she was too inebriated to stop him, and then went on to say how good it makes him feel every time he sees his friend now to know that he did that to his wife. I pointed out that he had in fact just admitted publically to what would, in most civilised societies, be an act of sexual assault, and explained that he could have chosen not to have done that to her, as I did when I was once in a similar situation. Being who he is, rather than reflect on the way he acted, he choose to call me names instead. It was interesting because the forum mods then 'snipped' his admission out of the thread, and out of any quotes that repeated it, so they were obviously concerned at what he had admitted on the forum. And before Coldheart suggests I reported him, I didn't. I just set him to ignore on the basis that the opinions of someone that disrespected women in the way he appeared to were of no value to me. I have only seen his comments since when others have quoted him. I guess he thinks men shouldn't respect women, calling them a pussy if they do. Sad really. Oh, and I agree with you about attractive, beautiful and genuine women existing on 3dx.

Hi @Gizmo for the benefit of those that were affected by this could you clarify your post above... - Did it mean that the special proxy server patch (download) for US entry is no longer required and users of Verizon can now access the game without it? - should Verizon users be able to access the game servers without using a VPN (assuming access is not limited by other internet controls such as country wide bans on accessing adult services)? - Or did you mean the US proxy server patch itself has had a problem that has now been fixed and Verizon users should now be able to use that patch without problems? Thanks.

You would need to ask you antivirus provider that question.
