Deelicous Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 My computer stopped the download of the new patcher saying it was infected with malware. Anyone else having the same problem? Any ideas?
Deelicous Posted March 5, 2018 Author Posted March 5, 2018 Well i am a little concerned that it is actually infected and don't really wanna infected my system. Are false positives that actually list a specific malware (the name of which i forgot of course) common?
TashaTight Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Think it's what you usually call a false positive, usually most server to client services with accounts involved usually trigger one. Not sure I actually encountered once that didn't if I did it rare for sure.
Robi Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 avast is known for false reports otherwise download 3dx from the forum site this includes the new patch v.371
LovelyBritney Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Same issue, you have to add the folder as an exception to your antivirus, it's just a false positive
Deelicous Posted March 5, 2018 Author Posted March 5, 2018 In and on and installed and thank yous for your help. >^,,^<3
Leeloo Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 I had this problem too , i needed to reinstall the game. On this spot , avast on win10 and win10 sucks
Deelicous Posted March 6, 2018 Author Posted March 6, 2018 And now when i try to log in i get the same thing. This sucks, and not in a good way.
Felinia Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 When I open the game, it closes automatically what should I do?
Yvonny Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 try re install , cuz your anti virus program probably denies the patcher cuz it thinks its not safe , just re install or deactivate your virus program and try openin it again
Deelicous Posted March 6, 2018 Author Posted March 6, 2018 Well when i tried to do that the link to the install was still linked to 371. >O,,o<
veroniqua Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 I have the same problem, after 3 installation, avast always stop the installation... If you have a solution? Thank you!!!
