BellaAlexia
Hey. Someone please: Because 3DX World Picture, even placing a 100 x 100 Pix size image generates a huge image. Already watching several videos and following the step by step, in the end the image is very large. How to solve this problem. I'm grateful to anyone who can help me

BellaAlexia
Thank you MeiLing. I've already done that and even the colorless photo in black and white, the end result is very large. Thanks for responding and trying to help. a thousand kisses for you
JenC
You have not mentioned huge size as in physical size in the world or KB/MB file size? I'm not familiar with the program, but a few things to check for: The size of the blocks used, its probably using the default 1-meter cubes? maybe theres a way to adjust that or just resize it after you create? Also, try and use simple pictures with less detail and colours if youre trying to get the KB's down.
CatKatW
It's not only the kB size, it's also the number of objects generated. A rather small 100x100 frame would be around 700kB but contains 10000 objects. This 3dxWorldPicture program allows to optimize the size of used objects by combining same-color blocks into bigger ones, thus occupying less space. Anyway the generated files are huge. Diana Prince
did you try Niblette's Naughty Designer III? It's right in another thread. You can choose a color that will be not created, like white in a black and white pic (QR codes for example). This reduces file size.
BellaAlexia
JenC Thanks for the feedback dear. Yes the huge size is within the game. Yes, there is no way to reduce the cube to less than 1 meter
CatKatW
I was talking about file size. You should be able to shrink the object size of the resulting "picture" using the world editor tools.
BellaAlexia
Hey. I did not understand. After creating an image and saving it in .wolrd, is there a way to reduce the size of the image in the World Editor?
CatKatW
Yes. Select the new image. Group it together to make it act like 1 object. Set the Pivot/Center switch to Center. Use the Scale gizmo (3rd from left) to resize it. If you prefer you can check the video between 19m30s and 21m30s
