The title says it all. The room is amazing, I was so blown away not just by the idea but the detail, the thought and even the music. You have to visit it to find the secrets of Ancient Egypt as well as be astounded by the Sphinx, the Pyramids and even the sand storms in the desert areas. Well this topic is to make a little survey about what people think about developing a 3dxstore that all free content can be put there in a more better way.... so I actually discovered wix last year and it is a badass tool for website building for those who dont know coding such as myself.... its just drag and drop just like the World Editor .... so I came up with this idea to collect all those free content in one organized place.... so if you see that its worth it I need you to vote with yes or no or/an what you think or what should be added here is the link for you to view it I have added some freebies from the thread on the forums.. well without permission from the publishers but just to try out the idea (sorry guys). So please I need everyone to participate.. this thing is for all of us and especially for those who have difficulties building things.... I made this just to help you out! Hello, I read a lot of things about what happened recently and yes, i'm talking about room stealing. People continues asserting that the only solution to avoid this should be avoiding publishing your things... if you don't want someone else .. etc etc etc.. oh well, it sounds a bit strange to me, I mean, this is an answer I could expect from an game player, someone who's desperate enough to say "oh wth i don't understand a thing about those tech things... pfff i'll not upload my rooms anymore .. i hate you T-T etc etc etc..." Hello Devs and fellow gamers. I thought I'd start this topic to share my point of view on how the editor could be more advanced in our favor and helps us build more professionally. Lock Object Option: Being able to lock an object in its current position which makes it easier to select other objects near to it without having to deselect it everytime for example if you have a floor and you need to select all the furniture around it its sometime annoying and some other times the objects move by mistake which annoys the hell out of me to put it back in the place it was before. Merge into one object + resizing: Lets suppose I made a combination of shapes to make lets say for example a wine glass. I would love if we can group all these together and make them into one unbreakable object aaaaaaand pleeeeease make us be able to resize it! im having a hard time resizing grouped objects. Text To Object: Type in your desired text and watch it convert to objects similar to the photoshop option of "rasterize" type in the text and convert to pixels. Maybe add option to upload desired fonts cuz anyway it will be converted to object so players wont have to download data once they enter the room. User Created Content Slots: Everyone here has a library of some sort stored on their PC. So if 3DX can have a folder in the game to place all these .WORLD files and then be able to drag & drop them into the world without having to "merge from file" every time which is lame would be great! Delete The Ocean: Not all of us will build a love shack on the golden sands next to the beach... give us the option to remove the water cuz its annoying. Texture Lock: Have you ever noticed that when you rotate or move a certain textured object the texture stays locked in one position and when rotating sometime the object looks weird and odd.... so i suggest if we could have the option to lock or unlock the texture position. Copy-Paste: The duplicate option is cool but what is more efficient is having to copy "ctrl + c" and paste "ctrl + v" the item would duplicate where the mouse is pointing.... that would save us some time traveling all the way dragging the item to the desired place especially people who create big rooms. Pets and animals: Would be absolutely cute and charming to be able to place pet animals around our world..... OMG i would place 100 puppies thats why u should limit the amount ^^ to prevent people from game crashing.

Good morning 3dx! Somebody talked about having a library of things people made so they could populate their world with props. With that in mind *and* understanding this would be for *fun* I'm creating a build challenge thread! Name a single *thing* that you would like built and maybe someone will pick it up! I'm going to start with gym equipment... things like yoga mats and swiss balls are pretty easy, but treadmills, weight racks, Smith machines, that kind of thing... Have fun, be supportive of other builders, and leave drama at the door! ♡ Caren

Hi forum members Tauri a skilled builder gave me this idea to make a thread for members to list their desires and needs for a specific build that they seek a skilled builder to do or help them with. Builders can then choose if they want to build said custom build for them, provide them with a build file copy of what fits their desires and needs, and overall be able to offer their services to other members wanting skilled builders for specific projects if they so choose. At the same time it could provide people in game with more places to visit and for other builders to have inspiration in trying to build something just as nice if not better. Thanks Tauri for the idea and all of your help.

I have noticed several times that the rooms created with the world editor generated some weird optical illusions. Here is one at Pandora Share the ones you find... it can be fun

5.7 Old Room Format These are only a temporary option that provides backwards compatibility with the old room format (.dat files). You can open the old layout format in the World Editor and use or save it in the new format so you don't lose it. This older format will be removed in a later patch, due to no longer being used. I tried to do this, and it would not work for me Can anyone explain why it is not working, or how I need to do it. Also, can premade items from the unity store be used in our new rooms? If so, how do we do this? I do not have the skills that many of you have. Thanks Mari
