Nalex here has had several rooms, with different themes, this one being a night club and I`ve had some great times there.

Using the vpn as suggested above fixes everything, of course it's only temporarily and it costs a small ammount of money. For a whole day of playing it's like 15 cents I think. I can write a tutorial on how to in case someone needs it.

It is but you got to keep on trying. For me it usually works after an attempt of 20,something like that. try not to room hope too much though, each loading screen gives you a new chance at getting stuck.

I have contacted customer support directly, as this will most likely be the end station for our complaints.

I just contacted Telenet, they say they cannot help in this matter... They suggest contacting the support team of said game x3

 

Edit: I've messaged Lisa, because I have no idea who to contact with this problem. Hopefully she can help or forward the message to the right people.

It might be a good idea if everyone left a message, so that maybe the problem could be addressed more quickly?
