I am not going to get into the debate of changing name color... The points I agree with have been brought up already time and time again. Probably be on more unpopular end for saying this, but think there should be more Social activities aside from sex, think if average or a lot at least only log in once a day to hook up for sex for ½-1½ hour, then chances for subscribers to actually meet up will decrease if a large portion only log in those ½-1½ hour for sex roughly.
 
Think if game suppose to attract more people and make it feel alive and not empty it needs some other reason to keep subscribers inside aside from sex, think one these things could be social activities another could be expanding the housing/user room options so it can feel more like a home.
