    what I can say is: be sure Dragon needs some time to run properly as it has to get used to your very unique voicing and pronounciation. Still a bit of manual correction is always neccesary afterwards. I am supporting a physically retarded female irl from time to time with her computer stuff and until now (years) Dragon was never running without any issues but still afaik best product on the market for just "writing" documents in especially in MS Word if your hands simply cannot do the job. Also be sure to use a proper headset then. Not too many Dragon certified headsets around especially when it comes to bluetooth. Hope this one was helping a bit.
