I saw that you changed your email address to resolve the issue. Could you explain what that was about? Did it have something to do with the delivery of the password reset emails, or was there another reason?
The support team has helped me in the meantime, and I can log in again. However, I still don’t fully understand the situation with the new email address and would like to know if it plays an important role.
