Well she can use that as her defense. I really don't care. I can say that people have been making alts since the day the game started. They lie and cheat and stalk every day. Is it right? Not in my book. But it is not against the TOS.

Alivia you dont give us or cheaters enough credit. They want this too with their spouse. Many are open marriages and they use a different avi to play. So dont be too fast to rule this out.

They would just use an alt like they do now. No biggie. Cheaters are smarter than this.

If you want to compare 3DX to volley ball, or even football/soccer/basketball, it's like comparing apples to oranges. The only thing they have in common is that they are both fruit. In football when the quarterback fakes a throw in one direction and actually throws it another player 50 yards out on the other side of the field the only thing lost is a possible touch down. I have heard people use the excuse "It is just a game" when they have lied and cheated and hurt many. They think that because "It is just a game" that it gives them permission to be mean, dishonest, and completely unethical as a means to get what they want which is usually much more than a touchdown in a football game. There are many on here who play head games in order to gain attention. I am not going to name names but I am sure you all have met them too. The woman who has had 7 battles of cancer and won them all in under a months time each time. I find this one amongst the cruelest. Some use it to get out of relationships and fake their death only to begin again the next day on another avi. Just a game? To the person who has stayed up all night holding their hands, spent hours encouraging them to stay strong, perhaps even sent money to a go-fund me account to help pay for medical bills, cried with them, prayed with them. Put their own real life on hold in order to provide every possible support they could. And then have to hear "So what? It is only a game" is quite insulting. There is no age group limitations to this excuse. I've seen those of all ages be disrespectful and cruel, then turn around and mock the one in tears saying "Its just a game." I don't care what game site you are on as that has very little to do with it. When a person who does these things says "Its just a game" it is an excuse for bad behavior that has deeply hurt someone. And THAT is NOT just a game. That is real life. As to sex and the 'I love you' that many say after a week, my advice is to run. No one can possibly love you after a week. Lust? Absolutely. But if you believe them and you get hurt then it's your own fault, but it is still not 'just a game' to the person who foolishly believed a lie. The phrase "It is not just a game" would not be used so often if the phrase "It's just a game" was not used just as much.

Just like RL we are a mix of characters and most of us are nice and do not mind helping those new to the game. All you need do is ask either here on forum or in game. Times when the game is down can be frustrating, and as in all games the trolls are a nuisance but they see that as their goal in life. But the game is really worth it! Have fun!!

As to room sharing I understand you completely T. Not long ago V and I gave a room to a friend. This room had originally been given away for free and then removed. This friend and his then wife really loved the room so we gave it to them and had them promise it would be just theirs to use because we hoped to open it publicly at some point. Well they gave it away. A valuable lesson learned. But a lesson all should heed. Once you give it away it is gone.

So there should be none of the guidelines put forth in the rules then? Do you feel sex with kids is okay as long as its RP? Do you feel sex with animals is okay on game as long as its just RP? Or should it only be okay if its in a nice room with a good DJ?

Yes, me/us too. We were always grateful and publicly and privately (thanking everyone in a pm message for each piece that went into our rooms) appreciated the artist/builder and never called it our own. But we did take advantage of the generosity and kindness of those far more talented than us when they posted their works on the forum for free. We hope to continue this practice. If not we will use the rooms we already have in storage and go to those on the left. As great as some of the rooms are on 3DX we never stayed in a room because it was nice. We stayed in a room because of the people in that room. In regards to your earlier comment about the 'word' rape having no impact on you. Oh how I wish for the days when it was just a word to me as well. But other than the word alone, it was seeing the number of people who took it as lightly as you seem to have. Your choice of course. But I have a similar response of disgust when I look at how many in my country support a man of such dedicated hate. It is all rather discouraging as it is quite the snapshot of what our world has been reduced to and are willing to accept because it does not impact us personally. I have to wonder where we draw the line but I know we have hashed that subject to death and nothing is going to change it. Someday you will want support over something that tears at your spirit and I pray I have the strength to stand with you in your efforts instead of just saying 'well too bad because it does not bother me in the least.'

Agreed. I wonder what happens when everyone stays to the left side of room lists. Seems those who wanted the game to turn into those games we have all been on and left to come to 3dx have won. Well. Those games are well established, free to play, and have few if any bugs.

Are you already advertising? Your rooms have been for sale for some time. So I don't understand how this changes anything for anyone wanting to buy your rooms.

Were they blocked from purchasing a subscription? All this does is ask to pay to join a room or demand payment to DJ. As many won't pay I don't see how this allows anything other than attract the attention of the IRS and hackers.
