I can't get the game to load it takes me to the log in screen then it just crashes. This happens on any pc I use.

I thought the new server was supposed to fix this

I think we should not be charged for the last couple of months the game has not been playable still isn't and unless they have a new server up this isn't going to stop. Whoever is doing this for them must not be all that great because this should of been done by now it's been weeks

The only thing that works in this game is the billing always let's you know you sub is expired rather the game works or not which is always.

The only way this is getting fixed is when they have a new server looks to me like what they been using is crap with bad support if they has a top notch server like they should have the game would not be down all the time.

Before we get anymore underwear for men how about some more clothes for men what we have is a joke not even a tie to wear with that cheesy jacket they give us. They been telling us for a few years they would have more stuff for men but never happens. This game is only good at collecting money now a days.

So still no game they can't even call anything they do as a fix because the server is garbage I don't even think they are really ever going to get a new server it would of been up by now unless they have total idiots doing it for them. It don't take months to get a server up and going. Still nothing on how they plan to compensate everybody that has paid for a service they don't get!

I have seen 3 sites change servers in the last 4 weeks these guys have been saying they have a new server but all I see it the same garbage server if they really cared they would stop counting these day on our membership and reset us to day one meaning the day we paid for our last sub if they did that i would not have anything to complain about the bottom line is I paid for something and have not received what I paid for!

I would like a refund since I bought a years membership in December the game has been broke more then not not right that I would have to pay for a year with less then 6 months left before it expires I don't have anything to show for it

Yes looks like it's down again the only thing that works all the time now is the pop up that tells you your sub is expired!

The server is a joke can't handle the load and for clothes men have been promised new clothes for a long time and nothing ever came of it. Most the times I get sarcastic answers like men don't need new stuff they are just props I seen props with more selection then we have. I won't renew either come Christmas!

Down again this is getting out of hand they need to get a bigger and better server! The game is down way to much and when it is up it is lagging.

Game is broke again. No user made rooms lagging really bad.

The men's clothing is a joke we don't even have a tie. This game is decent graphics are excellent but what they have for clothes and stuff for men are bottom of the barrel. On another note I tried to start the game up it made my whole computer crash is this going to be a issue?

I would like to see the new stuff that has been promised for men for several months that still has not happened update after update and still nothing!

This is a great game treats new players well unlike other games and has a kot to do.

Are we going to get credited for the several days we havent been able to play the game. I haven't been able to get online for almost a week now not right to have people pay for a service that doesn't work
