Codfish Cakes Bolinhos de bacalhau (name in Northern Portugal and Brazil; literally "codfish cakes" or pastéis de bacalhau (name in Central and Southern Portugal, are a typical dish in Portugal. After moulded (before frying) they can be frozen, to be fried at any time later.
Ingredients:
500 g cooked cod (Boneless) 300 g potatoes (s) 3 dl milk 4 eggs chopped parsley ground white pepper to taste salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Crush the cod in a mortar or by-pass grinders machine.Make sure there are no bones (use your finger. easier). 2. Pour into a large bowl, mixing with a wooden spoon , add the mashed potatoes, milk and egg yolks and pepper until everything is a well get homogeneous mass. 3. Add four beaten egg whites and the chopped parsley. 4. Add the seasoning to your taste (salt and pepper). 5. With two soup spoons, mould (shape) oval balls.
6. Fry in very hot oil , leaving them to drain after cooking in a sieve or ontoop of a paper towel. 7. Serve with a salad of lettuce, cucumbers, raw tomatoes, seasoned with olive oil and vinegar, or tomato rice or greens.

I think it’s fine. You can do whatever you want. Who are we to say you can’t? I, myself, do date online. It’s just a way to fall for someone, even if you don’t know if they look good. So many shallow people in this world, too many.. My boyfriend online thinks I’m beautiful. We’ll meet someday in real life, I just know it. He has an amazing personality. That’s what made me fall for him. Online dating is fine, in my opinion. But, you have to be careful, on who you choose to date. There’s always rapist, murders, and pedophiles out there. So, stay on your toes. Online dating is just as good as regular dating, you may not see their face, or hear the voice. But you can always feel their love. I really wish the server would have more gay or gay couple (you get the ideas), I wish for 3dxchat to be diversified and where everyone can find what they are looking for. About the display in public, it may be a cultural thing about display of affection between men. I know in Canada two men barely never touch each other, other then a manly handshake or the occasional man hug. One of the only few exceptions I know it when I go the Gay Village (yep it call like that) in Montreal, gay couple can actually be couple without been critizied or or getting the awkward look. Things are changing slowly but I do think it getting into the right direction, at least where I am living.
For me personnaly, I found all expression of affection or sexuality between willing partners beautifull. For me, it doesn't make a difference if it is a man and a woman, two women or two guys, what I see it two peoples sharing a experience, expressing something between them.

One thing I don't like and I actually hate is racism. i come across an incident yesterday that involves male gay racism. i will not say names but i felt terrible about the guy. luckily there was a moderator there to calm things down. how can we expect for gay men to revealed them self's and create a gay group when some people are being so bad to them. There is no reason to join the game. gay people also need to love talk have fun by being them self.
