Honestly the graphics are good as they are, considering what the game has to offer. I think that the Devs should've been more concerned in content, the same they asked for the comunity sugestions in 2014 (LOL) and still pretty much nothing... Lol, see everyone takes everything so serious... I've been a player since the game exists, i've been in forums since they were created (not on Venom cause my main at the time was ShyBella). So as all of you can imagine I've been reading these kind of posts since forums are up since this issue is raised from the very begining! And I talk from experience since i'm one of the oldest players still around (at least not hidding). I hope this answer all your doubts, not that I owe any explanations. Lol this is all too funny, this is a virtual world where people are allowed to be who and/or what they want. Isn't that what Role Play is all about?! People have the choice to or not get emotionaly involved. If so that's on you! Take the game as it is and just enjoy the moment.
