I have a hard time understanding why people are so stuck on 1.0, but I believe mostly people are reluctant to try new things... and this: All their friends are on 1.0, so that's where they are. Cumulative effect: most people stay on 1.0 It doesn't help that 2.0 is still in beta and definitely some people are having more bugs than 1.0 (for me that's not the case). Personally I've been here nearly full time since 2 patches ago, and only go back to 1.0 grudgingly for social events on rare occasions. But the population has grown quite a bit, and just think how you'll miss the quiet intimacy we have now when servers merge and everybody's in 2.0!

Make sure you are NOT running any custom DLL's when the patcher runs. To fix you can either uninstall and re-install, or if you have been clever and backed up your original dll just restore that and things should run fine.

It works just fine. You are having a permissions problem, try running as Administrator

Works fine for me on two Macs, both have Nvidia graphics and El Cap with latest webdriver (graphics driver installed from Nvidia website), NOT default OSX driver.

I feel your pain Fairy. Timezones definitely need to be abolished, we'll all just stay up 24/7!

m2000m? Should work, but I'm not familiar with the card. Try going back one version GeForce driver instead of latest. I had some issues with the very latest release...

Which graphics card are you using?

The 8 bit banding could be because of older direct x. One of my systems is dx9, I see the banding. In my dx12 system there is no banding.

I have, on 2 occasions, had the chat window text entry freeze on me. Everything else works... Character moves, sounds play, and I receive chats, I just can't type anything until I reload the room.

Sin is full because of regulars who come for each other's company, the cycle of empty and full is like clockwork each day with mostly same people showing up. I've had the radio permanently off since the stream change. While I love the odd Ramones songs thrown in, the mainstream pop and milquetoast rock is unbearable in a club like that. Save it for LI. Ash changed the station for us last time, and everybody I know was happy... Why mess with that?

Agreed, although at times I've had my room open with a number of people dropping by, and the yacht and beach tend to be inhabited.
