some updates would be nice, considering people pay for this content. doesn't matter if your working on the problem. your team should be keeping people updated no matter how small of news. you wouldn't even have a game if it wasn't for all of us paying to play it. also your main website should have a notice informing new paying players that the servers are down and the game is unplayable atm. instead your letting people pay and take the time to download and install a game that doesn't work.

edit* I have been informed that the main website NOW has been updated to let people know the game isn't working. BUT, are you going to refund all the people that payed for a subscription before this update? I downloaded, installed and payed for a subscription yesterday. guess I didn't meet the cut off time for not taking people money.
