  1. Well hello you sexy lot! ....well soe of you maybe So I came back on a couple of days ago after about 2 years for personal reasons (blah blah). And its kind of sad (just a little) to see a couple of things overal have changed, socially speaking more than anything. Is it just me I am wondering? I started on this social platform (game, whatever) back in Jan 2015 and the increase in abilities, poses and rooms etc has been a welcome increase (though I still miss the thrill of wall breaking the beach and going into the world beyond) but after this two year gap I see two things I think... One is that the social dynamics seem a little more heavy towards fantasy/fiction and less 'real' players. Some are still around, just seems a lot less now after 2 years for me. We all play how we desire of course, and I love that. But for the more Vanilla bores and whores it means a lot less social interaction and I don't really feel inclined to dorn myself as an oversized dong slinger called Eyup Yercrak or Willy2big4u etc just to get attention. Hope that makes non-offensive sense The other thing is simply that it seems a lot quieter now sadly. Only one person on my friends list seems to still be playing. But two years ago there were some crazy creative rooms and games and what seems like double the amount of homemade rooms to visit compared to now. Has the likes of VRchat robbed 3dxchat of visitors? Has certain mods been taken away making people seek alternative platforms to play with I wonder? I speak out in order to learn - thanks all and maybe see you around!
  2. Thanks again everyone! Your thoughts and kindness is appreciated I've put ignore on a few now, but only extreme cases and as rightly said, I nip into a room, (move over a bit of course) and free cam to look around. On the odd occasion I found a room or two that feels like home (as in, how it used to be) but I still have that lingering feeling that a new breed has begun since the editor - not entirely sure why? Maybe a lot of people from other sites who have been waiting for this maybe, and pounced on it as soon as it became live? Meh, anyway... I dabbled with the editor for the first time last night, mainly just to have my abode include a sex wall (thats right, I like sex with walls.....and my success with the ladies pretty much leaves me only with that choice ), and though a tad fiddly at times with the occasional "Wow whats with all the green lines everywhere!" moments, its simple enough to grasp the bulk of it, however from what I can tell there are no indications as to what every button does - so I +1 on the video tutorials if you want to go wild. Again, from what I've seen of peoples creations, you can alter the sea level, make caves with rock formations, patches of land, walls, windows, big things, small things and so on. Only thing I felt might be lacking still is just textures - few more would be nice and lead to even more imaginative places
  3. Thank you both for your replies, and kind thoughts! As you both say, that minecraft kind of trend is oozing out a bit at the moment and as you rightly say SamanthaSweetHeart, there are younger generations boarding the train now and I'd not really given that a lot of thought until now. I never had to fight for my games consoles though, I owned them all! But at times, it feels a little like an overflow of Habbo Hotel. And as you say AllieHotass, some people can see there creations as sacred and in some instances, fair enough. But absolutely, that social obligation to be welcoming would be nice. All really good views! And for those not on the game yet since the world editor addition, it really is a vast improvement to that side of things. I've visited Disney castle recreations, other castles, pyramids, the Shire, off-world places and the list goes on, and... of course depending on who is one and when, different rooms most of the time to explore (when allowed that is). Its not amazing, and has some limits, but even the slightly more simple rooms still have a much more roomy and comfortable feel to them. And the big or huge rooms (spaces) are really impressive and fun. Not as comprehensive as some games/worlds, but still adds a whole new level to this particular game. I hope to see you all in game soon! PS) Thanks RobT, as SamanthaSweetHeart says, and AllieHotass eludes to as well, often in these cases I've said to myself "how old are you?" completely forgetting that they may well be barely 18 - totally different generation to my aged self. But sure, if you find them, give em hell! I love watching a comical banter take place sometimes and I know you've got it to a "T"
  4. Not exactly the right place to put this thread, but the forum has changed too. So, I came off (err) in November after a month of feeling disappointed (compared to the better times when I used to be on a couple of years back and thereafter off and on). And with the World editor I thought its worth checking in again - see how things are. Honestly, last night I was really happy to see peoples creations that must take them days upon days to build - and it really is appreciated! I had a lot of fun just exploring and finding any little hidden areas. In no way a comparison, but its like a simple version of Second Life now, with the only draw back that you can't fly (and it takes f**king ages to get across some rooms on 3DXchat). However, and I know I am opening myself up to the meanies, but I've found myself reaching for the "ignore" option for the first time ever, and on more than one occasion within the first few hours of being back on. These wonderfully created rooms seem to have (some select few) very 'precious' people who have really destroyed my respect for their imaginative rooms by being really rude. I've had "Hey don't go up there, thats private!" when I accidentally went into an area of a room (or user space I guess I should say now?), oblivious that the public room had private areas. Honest error, I apologised, and said how I got up there in case they wanted to block it off as it was a way unknown to the space creator (was just trying to help) and I got a hell of a lot of BS thrown at me. I questioned their mental age, laughed and left but ....wtf. Earlier on I had a visit to a nice space I had already been to last night, nice a friendly. When I got there "Hi, great room" I say, and the space creator immediately goes off on one about "blocking the channel" and "this is a place of peace and rest" and so on and so forth, so after that long rant I said sorry, I thought this was a 'site' for socialising and chat (didn't even mention the whole massive SEX part) and left never to return. So sure, I am evidently just to ugly for some people, or to friendly, but to me there is a difference somehow since the world editor (which I think is excellent and a most welcome addition) but the social side of things I feel like its elevated an attitude in some players, making me feel almost scared to say hi and compliment them on their room/space in case I get hit by a strange kind of unwarranted rage fueled unfriendly sermon, and I am not exaggerating either, which is really saddening. Bit like "hey stranger, come into my home, have some snacks" says the resident "oh great, sure, thank you!" and before I get through the front door. "Get the F**K out my house!"... .....never had that before the world editor, and I kind of wish now for a "take a dump on their lawn" option Seriously though, I am really pleased about this addition - possibly at the cost of all those poses and options we've been hankering for over the past 5 years (wink wink ). It has really added a vital missing element to the game (hah, well for those that see it as a game and not a mental war zone). But I am so disappointed in the odd few who have tasked themselves with opening rooms to the public, and ripping the s**t out of people coming into it (its only a minority of course). All I want to do is have fun, laugh, and relax in the way the game was designed for. So Big up the Dev's! But boo to the inhospitable stealers of joy PS) If anyone has any nice welcoming rooms (user spaces) or know of any, please let me know. Thanks

    Say Hello!

Its certainly not without its flaws, but that is like pretty much any Adult MMO of this style. For those who use it fairly regularly, they find the perks and forgive the fails. And some also use SL or RLC as well (Second Life amd Red Light Centre). For the tutorial, Its not hugely complicated, which is a benefit of the game - compared to the intricacies of SL for example, this is much more simple, but also more limited. You are best working things out by trial and error and I am pretty sure there are posts that can be searched here explaining the basics. If not, I am sure someone can spare a few minutes to answer any specific questions you may have. Regarding Social interactions, its an understatement to say this comes up in various ways very often. All I can say is that there are many variables, your profile, the places (rooms) you visit, time zones as hit it at a certain time you'll find it quiet and sparse. Usually when the US is on, its pretty busy. Myself, like many others can go days or weeks with minimal or zero contact, and certainly without 'sexual encounters', again depending on what you seek and by what method. Yet other days, there are conversations that can last hours. It is a virtual world of real peoples minds focused into a hub without the barriers. It is easier to quit on it, but you may miss out on something good (and many do find good things). If you've paid the month then keep popping on, focus on your avatar and description over room editing and the like and linger more in the Beach area, Fesco's and the Sin Club which are the 2nd, 4th and 6th images under the "general area" selection. Honestly, I returned here a couple of weeks ago and the first week was dead, and I felt as you did. Second week, totally different! Play if for what it is and remember it is still a game, and though not perfect it still holds high rank for its genre.

    Come again?...

I understand what you're saying, and thank you for taking the time to write about your own thoughts and feelings about this crosslink between worlds (virtual game and real life). All in all (when emotions are more in check ) I only see and ever used 3DXChat (and the like) as something a bit more tangible than say Witcher 3 or Final Fantasy XV. I enjoy games as means of gaining well deserved rest after work, and as an introvert I recharge by being out of the hussle and bussle for a while (my job dictates inescapable interaction with others all day long). A couple of years ago when I was a newbie, I had hormones raging too and I expected virtual encounters to come quickly (heh, don't go there based on the way the game is advertised. However it was 2 weeks in before anything remotely like it happened, and even then it was by virtually meeting someone who was married but both shared themselves on 3DXChat - I got on merrily with both. I also met someone pre-op transexual who soon opened up about the hardships they faced and we talked a lot and (I hope) helped them regain confidance in real life, but letting her be who she wanted to be virtually. A really interesting person that combined with others made for some nice chilled out semi-real conversations, an interlink of minds. But no sex It was only later that someone found me at random by messaging in the Night Club as it was back then, who just knew what made me tick and we came on only to see eachother more or less, both of us having a hard time in real life, we touched on RL in conversations, but ultimately we just messaged in the day through this forum to tease and express care, then virtually meet later to have some intense fun. It was great for us both, we knew it would be short lived and we couldn't ever meet up in RL or even imagine it (I admit I did wish for it at times, but knew it wouldn't be possible even though we only physically lived about 100 miles apart). Its sad for me to see the changes in the game, I really struggled to find anyone I could gel with, just for fun and laughs. Found one or two role players, but they were on for a few minutes building a new room, play sex with some random people and then off line again. Gamers, sex addicts and minecraft types are far more prevelant it seems than a few years back when it was seemingly more enriched personalities that just as in real life, you'd either bond with or not on any level. Making those few hours online a decent chill time that was more engaging than the fore mentioned games on the Xbox Hope that makes sense? Now after the last time I was on and the dissapointment over how its changed, I wonder if spending the money for a months testing will do me any good or not. And the dangers are many overly late nights playing or getting caught into the gang slagfest warfare without even intending to In a nut shell, I feel compelled to come back - and I would without hessitation if I could regain anything of what I had before as it helped me in RL to interlink mentally with others on whatever level to distract me from the stresses and worries of daily life and dare I say, on occasion, have some nice intimate sharings with someone/s.
  7. Near, far, wherever you aren't! :)

  8. Hello all you beautiful people! A diary? Possibly not unless to my surprise it evolves into such. We shall see I have been reading previous threads about peoples interlinks between real life and 3DXChat which I feel is the best all round Adult animated MMO (I tried the others). It has me pondering over whether You, me and anyone in between find this 'game' an escapism, a simple bit of fun, or a therapy/coping mechanism? Some of you are familiar with me as I started on this game several years ago, then came off (if you pardon the pun) and back on again a few months after. I then had about a 2 year gap and came back around May/June this year and found it had changed. That change for me saw (sea shore) welcomed animations, alterations and absolutely amazing apartment creations with the 'mod', however the expense seemed to come (I'm using a lot of comes in this it seems) at the depth of interaction. When I first started it was at a time between relationships and I was a little sensitive, lonely and just wanting some fun and diverse experiences. Very quickly on I met a few decent souls, male, female and dual gender (making the transition either way or remaining neutral) by being myself online the same as I am in real life. Eventually I met someone whom I connected with sexually which led to a cosy level of satisfaction and it did genuinely help me not only cope better with my emotions (I wasn't a mess by any means, just a bit out of sync was all), but I also learnt a lot about my own sexual drive and needs. Call it a period of revelation for me. When I came back on earlier this year, it was a similar situation (and forgive me as I am totally open and honest) in that I had been in a relationship with someone with a notable degree of autism and manic depression, so everything was a demanding task. She had a very polyamorous past and convinced me she wanted a monogamous relationship but it wasn't long before the polyamorousity had repeated itself. So we split. Her life style and my being monogamous in real life is nothing noteworthy as I truly understand what she needs and does. I just didn't like the repeat of (me being about the 7th) convincing a guy she wants a monogamous relationship with a monogamous guy and then wondering why she hurts and he hurts when she just runs straight into another guys bed. When we split I spent many many many hours (literally, and many more it seems) trying to explain in a way that she can absorb, that shes on a path (polyamorous) and hurts herself and others because she is trying to anchor herself to a monogamous relationship. As ironic as it seems to some, I actively encourage her to pursue her polyamorous path, explore it safely and as controlled as possible, and truly test it out as the self confessed and professing polyamorous woman she is. ... Just leave the poor monogamous guys out of it please as that's two years I can't get back when I could have been with someone more in tune with my path So there are no hard feelings, but she is heartbroken and doesn't (due to the autism) understand why she can't have me and other guys too, its very much like taking a toy away from a child who doesn't understand that by thrusting that toy (easy now) into a siblings eye socket, there will be consequences. It really is a huge drain on me emotionally and on my time and personal space that even now, 8 months after breaking up, she still begs for me to go back to her because she wants me, while also still sleeping around with other guys - she simply doesn't get it - yet. But I need my life back. So with all that waffle out the way, I came here today (mmmm) to test this out - while I work and try to rebuild my life again as a single guy, whilst still feeling emotionally drained from time to time as she self harms by the way, so eventually I will have to disappear but at the moment shes a risk to herself hence I am attempting to phase out rather than blow up, and it is taking a long time. I've not had sex in nearly a year now, and even before then it was disconnected and felt like I was just a dildo with automatic functions so my need for meaning and connection on any level was obsolete for a the duration of the relationship. I miss the connections I used to have on this game as it gave me relief and a way to be me without worrying so much about being shy and unattractive. I wonder if it is dangerous to be thinking of returning to this game, paying £20 ($) with the faint hope that I can find people to connect with to chat with and/or have sexual interaction with in order to ease my stress and tension. The last time I was on 8 months ago, in the entire month I didn't have one sexual encounter, I am unique (take that as you will) and I laugh at myself because in real life I can stand in a club with 100 single women and be overlooked by them all, and its exactly the same online too But... I am a man, grounded, and I know that when I find (or get found) by another uniquely matched mind that some great 'interaction' is had and wanted over again. For those it means anything to I have an INFJ personality type - its a blessing and a curse. Many of you wonderful people are here to relax, escape, experiment, cope, treat, dabble, enjoy and experience what modern technology and society can provide us so easily now. But when it comes to using it as a coping mechanism, an escape from a tough real life situation, or therapy for any reason - is a good thing? Does it help you? Does it damage you in some sense? ....should I return? And if I do will I actually have virtual sex this time with someone real (as in someone similar minded to myself, not a gift zombie I mean)? Peace and joyness to you all and thanks for reading, and thanks for being kind with your replies!
  9. Well, a months nearly up and my sex count remains at zero! :D

  10. I found RLC to be graphically comparable to SL, not as polished as 3DX. And RLC not having as many options as SL in terms of building and customisation. But maybe I'm wrong on all counts. In any case, 3dx is my pick of the bunch, and leaves me with a wish for greater to things to keep people coming back.
  11. Oh I think based on previous posts that its pretty obvious I talk.... I just wanted to clarify that I didn't want an auto arousal indicator, but a manual one. Anything to help get a sense of what stage our partner is at in a simpler way rather than trying to mash buttons and type whilst trying "masturbate in front of a computer" for those who do it (or behind a computer)
  12. Second life doesn't channel its punters down the roam and sex route anywhere near as much but still gravitates to it none the less. Its an open world more or less, far more basic yet far more versatile compared to 3dx, as well as shops and building creation from the ground up. I had it when it was first released to the public way back in the days when rainbows were black and white, and it was in no time at all before it became heavily dipped in sex. And the last time I played it, you could (at the cost of spending way to much time fiddling about for the wrong reasons) change a great many things and micro adjust your avi's in the numerous sex positions. SL has a lot of things 3DX could do with to expand and entice more punters, however for stability and a polished look, 3dx wins hands down. What we want is a mix of both at some point, but it will most likely never happen - and someone with the ability will create an entirely new game that combines and beats both in the end - we wait and see
  13. Just to clarify, my reference to an arousal meter of some sort would be manually controlled. And the auto acceptance of positions as an option for your partner to automatically move both avi's (or you move yours and theirs) without the box "accept/decline" each time, breaking the flow. The arousal meter could be as simple as an alteration in moans IF....they ever get changed and expanded. But in any case, I don't know about you guys, but some of us I think would like some simpler things that encourage and stimulate us mentally by knowing what our partner is doing/feeling - moving away from Bot to Hot
  14. Well, I'm not one for jizzing in front of or behind my computer. But I do struggle with a serious moment of late indecision on whether to aim jizz on the computer, or on myself when it happens. ....sometimes both if it really is a real woman with a female avi! (which is as rare as unicorn shite). Anyway, I dare say its safe to say that most or all on 3dxchat will be slapping the salami, bashing the bishop, yanking the chain, tugging the tank, saucing the salad, having a knuckle shuffle, squawking the funky chicken or shaking hands with the unemployed. However, not so many would have the confidence or desire to admit it which is fair enough. I joke a lot about being a user of this game, yet seldom actually engaging in anything remotely sexual, especially recently. This is because apart from not being pleasurable to the eyes, I am a romantic type - something others have mentioned to be their preference too - as opposed to the cold bangers and mash cock throttling/knob-gobblin approach. There is that golden layer to the game, for those who seek it, of incredible mental connection that can be as intense, if not more so, than sex in real life. Many or most of us would prefer the real thing of course, but none the less, I feel and often say this game is great therapy; a way to relax. My past run at the game a couple of years back saw a long wait for an amazing partner who wasn't really seeking my detailed, descriptive approach but after experiencing multiple orgasms from it she found herself learning much about herself as well as me. And on the other hand, myself thinking I was all for passionate yet gentle foreplay and smooth sex I soon found out I got quiet a spark out of more rough and aggressive sex. So I learnt a lot about myself too. The connection was all in the mind, and it was that which gave the most stimulation. The visuals were helpful especially when either of us would opt for a position change that was exactly what the other wanted. We both were aroused in knowing what we each were actually doing to ourselves and the mess we were making during the encounters. And we used a basic system of longer and capitalised "ooowwws" and "Ahhhhhs" to indicate our being close to climaxing. More often than not, I'd go through the motions with her until satisfied, making sure I was still able to type my descriptions and movements in a fairly clear manner and then she would tend to my needs. Both of us experienced multiple orgasms far more intense than we'd ever experienced with anyone else, and possibly ever again. In real life though, its likely to not have worked so well. But who knows? I think a 'build up' meter would be an excellent idea as suggested, as would be the auto-allow position option. We each play in our way according to our preferences, and learn about others while learning about ourselves too. To advance the stimulation and physically attempt a wank-a-thon in front of, behind, under or over your computer is natural and part of the game really
