Hello all, just curious about how my fellow BDSM enthusiasts are playing D/s relationships in the game here. I thought I'd start by talking a little about my own play and sharing a bit of what and how I have found translates well through this very anonymous and impersonal medium, First of all, my personal taste in domination is what would be considered very light sadism, heavy manipulation and medium to heavy humiliation. I have often played with subs through forced nudity, insertion, posing, fisting, random sexual partners, tease and denial. One thing I have found over the years, is that playing online simply having really deeply involved conversations about technique, about the psychology of why and how we play are almost as exciting for both my subs and myself as actual play. This almost always gives us more fuel for future scenes and brings us closer together in terms of how we can both find our fun from the experiences we share. Describing sadism through online play is almost never rewarding for me. Not sure how other domme's feel, but for me, it's a near pointless waste of characters in chat. Unless we find a sub willing to actually hurt themselves based on what we write, (and that is far too dangerous an activity to ever encourage, it's not safe, don't do it) all you ever really do is end up catering to another sadist's fantasy. Now, describing and executing humiliation and manipulation on the other hand, very doable and very rewarding. That's why I heavily base my online D/s activities around this. Most of the time, I can create scenes that will make this a very rewarding form of play for both me and my submissive. I am very curious to hear how others play and what you have found works best in this type of environment.

A couple of things I'd like to see added: Toilets like the ones from the night club Walls (if we have toilets, gonna need a lil' privacy - LOL The ability to set the time of day outside (night vs day) Sinks - bathroom and kitchen Kitchen appliances (fridge. oven, range, etc)

I love to dance on stage and to describe what I am doing as I dance, however..... I have had complaints when I do that I am "spamming". I'll sometimes drop into the role play channel and do so now, but I honestly have found that not enough or any people pay attention when I do.... So... It has kind of made me lazy. I do love to read/watch it when others do and will always jump in with responses! LOL

I said this in another thread on this topic but.... I really wish people who cared about the gender of the players, rather than the characters they interact with could flag themselves so I could simply avoid them. No matter which gender you prefer. See, I am here to escape reality with a little playful fun, not be bothered by your homophobia, gender bias or desire to fall in love with an anonymous stranger. If you find that you simply can't not fall in love with me, you have at least hopefully talked with me long enough out of character to know my gender and the kinds of information about me (including a picture?) that would lead you to believe I am truly a match for you outside of as an avatar jockey and writer.

2/10. It's a nice looking virtual chat, but the bad UI and lack of actual game play leave you with basically an inferior chat client with a very nice looking barely customizable virtual avatar. Lack of color palettes forcing creative players to use cheat engine for different palette choices for instance. People have to use a hack, to get the color hair, skin, and clothing they want, seriously? My opinion might seem harsh to people who have close friends and feel that is enough to consider this a great game, but you have to look it as a game and not think of just whether or not you enjoy the time you spend with other people. Other people aren't built into the game client, just the ability to interact with them, and that is in every multiperson internet environment.

Graphics: Modern, a little glitchy in spots, but slick. Gui: Awful. One of the worst I have experienced in any game. It needs to be much more user friendly and customizable. Gameplay: Non existent. Walking, moving and fucking aren't game play. There needs to be some kind of game to have game play. This is virtual chat. Sound: I like the use of internet radio, but it can be a bit resource and bandwidth hoggy. Ambient sounds are decent. Community: Ok? I have been in much more open and friendly communities, also there is a shocking amount of intolerance and homophobia here considering the subject matter. Next update: I am afraid I couldn't justify paying to see the next update, but I would hope that future updates could be used to improve the UI, and possibly add a little bit of gamey content. Jobs for our characters? Things to buy, sell or collect. Also, it would be hot if you could make user homes not kick everyone if the home owner gets disconnected. That is a total mood killer.

I am late to this topic, but yes, absolutely you can fall in love with another person you have never met while hiding behind the veils of secrecy and anonymity here on the internet. We can spend hours and hours talking to the same people day after day. A bit here, a bit there of our true selves leaks out as we do. We fall in love with the companionship,with the presence that is there for us and wants to spend time with us, we fall in love with being wanted, cherished and accepted. That feeling has a very real person attached to it. Not one of us here can look in the mirror and say with a straight face that they have never been excited to see a certain screen name log in, or felt devastated when an online friend stopped showing up. I was talking about this with a friend online the other night, if you truly don't think you can fall in love online, delete all of your online accounts. All the friends, characters, and reputations you have built using those accounts. I couldn't do that, and I doubt many of you could either. Face it, these secret lives we live have meaning to us and have meaning to the people we fall in love with, all be it on some weirdly disconnected level.

I would love to have spanking added to the game. MM MF FF over the knee, on all fours, tied to a stool. Spankings.
