    @Gizmo
Nice to read another blog post and that the engine update is complete! I especially like the new clothes that work with the material system. This was something I was hoping for. Well done!
I don't want to bother you as I can imagine you are quite busy, but there is a question I have had for a long time and I would appreciate it if you could take the time to answer it:
Are there any plans for a feature that will prevent automatic undressing at the start of poses and actually allow people to decide what stays dressed and what doesn't in any type of animation? I think that is something a lot of people would make happy. Thank you for taking the time to read and have a great weekend!

What a nonsense comment to make, if it was free people would only use it to play there instead of the live server, not give feedback and help improve it for release.
So if you find it that bad to pay for a product, you can go elsewhere.

    Dear @Gizmo,
it was long time from "almost finished" to now, but I admit after all criticism you have done it in a reasonable time: December to May is not that bad. Thank you for that. 👍

See you in times of more criticism but for now thank you for having the job done you promised.

I dunno, I am not game developer myself. Are you?
If we believe Xaufin's words it can take up to several months if things not going smoothly and they obviously has some theory and practice to back up these words, and I have an internet friend who works with Unity and I heard something close to that info from him as well when I was asking questions. So I kinda see no reason not to believe this information.
Depression is a big word. We are talking about game. Yeah, a game that makes people emotionally involved a lot, but still a game. If someone really getting depressed because of lack of update in a game they clearly should check their life priorities. But I sure can understand that people feeling some negative emotions about it, I am a little frustrated myself, not gonna lie.
Though I don't really understand what you expect from devs here. They have a business partner. They most probably have some kind of a contract with their partner, that involves some kind of obligations and responsibilities. What do you expect from 3dxchat's team? Tell Lovense "Hey guys, we know that we have a contract and stuff but we will not post advertisement because people on our forum feeling depressed about lack of update, so we will not be posting anything till update released!"
I mean... It does not really work like this.

    Dear Gizmo,,
Hi! My first ever message to you!

First things first, being fairly new to 3dx (bit over 1 year), i am pleased to see the fairly frequent updates that have been made even during my short time here. They may not always be things i'm looking for, or might use but that you ARE adding new things to the system here i take as VERY positive in this case in particular upgradinng the underlying game engine.  Honestly, cotton candy isn't one of them but i'm sure someone likes that stuff.

Let me make a pitch for some things that it think could really matter here. Coming as i have from a competing "adult" virtual world i can see for myself how significant your game engine graphics are and the animations that come with. However there are many features that i would place in category of "socializtion" that my other "world" has in abundance that are virtually non-existent here. Call them "Quality of Life" changes.
Ability to organize your Friend List:  A modest alphabetical sort would be nice, better yet categories. we all have some association that are "closer" than others, or that fall into groups such as a club owner with staff, clients, and personal friends Internal Messaging:  Something akin to simple e-mail (text only), perhaps with abiity to send to more than one recipient. That would enable basic "Bulletins" to a Family, or club client list. Incognito or Do Not Disturb: I thinking here sometimes i've come to "work" on my room and immediately get PM messages. I would be nice to enter world and not be disturbed for a bit. Wardrobe: Wardrobe is...a weak point here IMHO but it is what it is. Ok but it would be nice to not have to exit a "room" so completely and use a rudimentary "Save/Access" system that is bascially PC file managment. Something as part of the program more easily accessed would be nicee. Room List of People:  Ability to see easily who is IN a room, at least when you enter it. Trails/Glowing Sticks: A bit different, and i know others have commented on this but a simple on/off ability would be nice. All in all, it's a great "world" but i just wish i had some of the simple mostly communiction tools i've had in "that other place".

    Thanks,
    Katrin Vesuvino

I do get the frustration and all that. We all paid money for this better communication is needed for this. I absolutely agree. But we do need to remember. This isn't some AAA studio company. It's not like activision working on it. Hell Activision makes millions and they still put out products with tons of bugs in them. I can only imagine companies with a small dev team working on the project. Just something to keep in mind about it all.
