You have to make all objects of your map in 3ds max or other 3d software and make low poly .obj files with texture maps and normal maps. Until that, they can't do anything with it.

Complaining about poses are useless now, as there is an in-game voting system for them on the log-in screen. A bit time and devs will know what active players like or dislike.
