As i'm victim of a harrasser since years, i can give you a hint. Like some others said, each time you see one of his/her alt account take a screenshot as proof and report them, then put them on ignore (at least they will not be able to bother you in your room).
You can also do something i did after "my fan" used a copy of my avatar. I wrote a message in my profile warning every "penis owners" that if they have sex with someone called like me, it's not me. 
Strangely, since i wrote this message i don't receive anymore weird gifts or messages, and i don't lose anymore time trying to explain the victims that it wasn't me
Exemple in your case, the message could say "If you have sex with "name of the fake", be warned it's not me but a man/woman using my pics/name/etc..."

Gizmo acknowledged this bug already in world chat and said there will be a fix. Keep your fingers crossed.

Maybe men's beard has the same problem again. - It's an old bug we already knew from other updates.

Il a essayé avec une adresse gmail de se faire un compte, mais il n'a pas reçu le mail de confirmation d'enregistrement. Il a vérifié dans ses spams et il n'a rien vu non plus.
Je crois qu'il a essayé avec une autre adresse gmail et une adresse outlock et même résultat....

Its something that is bothering me for years now, and I am yet trying to figure out why people do it, or what the deeper purpose is behind this.

This game needs an idle-kick timer like any other game with online services. Why do you need to idle AFK for weeks in a Sexgame? Are you mining xGold? No! You just wasting space and ressources. I think it should be possible and is probably needed to add an anti idle system to the game that kicks you out after a certain amount of inactivity. To me theres no point in staying logged in a game that you dont pay attention to, while doing other.
I am not saying you should be booted after 5 minutes but I think a solid 1 or 2 hours idle kick would be gentle and ressource saving for everyone. Less zombie clutter ingame that doesent respond anyway.
